I am so dissapointed in MYSELF for actually falling for this. Its a large metal can (probably 1.5L size) lighter than a cup of water. There is no liquid in the can. No sense of 'energy' or boo... See more

Great Product!

It gives me a great boost when my blood oxygen levels are low - it is simple to use, and immediately improves my energy levels as well as the blood oxygen levels when I use it.

I don’t get as breathless now so after long Covid 5 yrs ago I feel more like my normal self using combined inhaler and 02 although I’ve been better since starting the oxygen. The company are polite, friendly, responsive and eager to answer your questions.

I have used Clear 02 before after excerise with the mask. It helped with recovery and now am trying the spay can as I work indoors alot it does make me feel refreshed. I came across Clear02 while browsing the Internet. I liked the site and it was nice and easy to navigate. My 02 arrived promptly and packaged well with a lovely message of humour of how light the can is. Great information on the site and definitely recommend.

Looks like plastic smells like plastic. It is plastic.

the smelly molecular pollution inhaled is clear, there is no clarity with this product as oxygen has no smell. Useless waste of money - how did this company obtain a legal right to sell this product - the answer is not blowing in the wind - I will revert to fresh air.

Hi David, the masks we use and inhaler caps are, of course, plastic as they need to be hygienic. We can't remove the smell of plastic from these items I'm afraid. Inevitably the oxygen flows through the masks and picks up some of the plastic scent from these.

If you remove the mask or inhaler cap and spray the oxygen you will note it has no scent.

The oxygen itself is independently tested as minimum 99.5% purity. Happy to send you the certificate for our last test batch on request.

Highly recommend

When product arrived I got a message giving me key information. I had a query and it was answered quickly. Would recommend this company and product. The product itself has made a big difference to my daughter’s chronic fatigue.

We were sent a photo of the product with a broken mask. We offered to send a free replacement mask out. They then replied with another photo showing the canister valve had clearly been filed down either with a metal file or angle grinder.

Since the original photo they sent showed the valve in perfect condition we can only assume they deliberately damaged the valve between photos.

This made the product unusable and unsellable so we could not accept a return.

Customer service

What a great product and great customer service.
I used the oxygen but had a slight issue with the valve after use.
Harriet from customer service took a look and instantly replaced with a new one.
Nice to have some good customer service.

Useless waste of money.

I bought their ‘15L Oxygen Can with Mask and Tube’ for use before and after the gym. I noticed zero difference, and when, following an accident, I was told by a paramedic the oxygen levels in my organs were low, I took 8 massive lungfuls and she took a reading after - it made zero difference to the oxygen levels in my organs. She (the paramedic) told me only qualified paramedics and doctors are allowed prescribe and administer oxygen that is of any use to your body. I was on those little tubes that stick up your nose, for four days at my local hospital. If you start feeling short of breath for no apparent reason when you’re getting your daily exercise (and breathing as deeply as you can) - I try to brisk walk at least 6 miles a day) - you will be absorbing adequate oxygen. If that still lads you out of breath after a week of doing it every day (buy a good raincoat with a hood) - and you are still out of breath after a minute recovering, talk to your doctor. Also, I had been neglecting my blood pressure. Get an Omron basic from Amazon, stick it on your upper arm and if systolic is above 135 or diastolic is above 91, also speak to your doctor. Do not take readings after booze. In fact avoid booze if you can (apart from one glass of red wine with dinner). Rule out beer. Unless it’s summer and you’ve mown the grass! If your BP is high, from personal experience I can recommend the supplements vitamin d3 and vitamin k3 (combined). Vitamin B, and most crucially, 2 x magnesium tablets morning and night and 2 x potassium tablets (but check the label depending on the strength) and take the potassium in the morning and the magenesium when you’re off to sleep and your body is resting.

EDIT IN RESPONSE: When a paramedic and a hospital consultant tells me to ditch it, I ditched it. Plus, I've just had a series of ECGs - my heart is perfect and there are no issues with my blood.

*Medical grade oxygen is not available anywhere without hospitalisation*.

Thanks for your feedback. We have elite athletes using our products for performance gains in all different sports and have undertaken numerous studies with sports scientists and most recently been working with Stirling Albion FC to help them to promotion. It sounds like your lack of response is more likely due to an underlying medical condition which needed resolving first.

Also it is not true that oxygen can only be administered by medical professionals. We have a special dispensation from the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) that our products can be used for recreational use.

Our products are minimum 99.5% breathing grade purity as assessed by an independent body.

Awful company - Customer Service

I have in the past three months purchased 15ltr oxygen four times. Each purchase has been a huge fight to have my products delivered. The company “Pushback” when I complain they always blame the third party delivery company ( which is irrelevant) as the errors are within Pushback administration not giving the third party the CORRECT details. The company is not customer supportive when you make a complaint. My advice. Stay away as they will not accept thier failings in their business approach to customers.

This customer has actually placed 11 orders with us over the years. One of them even placed after this review.

The only issues had were with third-party couriers such as Royal Mail and Evri on three occasions misplacing his consignments or delivering to a neighbour which he was upset about.
On each occasion, we replied promptly and chased the courier to find out what had occurred. We then shipped future consignments with a different courier to try to resolve it. We have refunded the customer on at least one occasion and resent a free item.

We don't alter the address in any way after it is entered by a customer, it is simply passed automatically to the courier in the form it was written in. Occasionally this customer had missed his village name off the address and this seemed to cause issues with at least one courier. He also passed on special delivery instructions which were equally sent to the courier, but not adhered to by them.

Our Managing Director even reached out to him personally to suggest adding the village name as that might resolve the issue going forward. He also rang him personally and before he could finish the first sentence the phone was slammed down.

We don't make guarantees on couriers delivering on time as this is out of our hands, we just guarantee to help resolve issues on the rare occasions when they do occur.
