Today I found a bailiff notice in my porch. It made me panic and become very frightened. I admit I have buried my head in the sand due to my mental health but I have been working hard to get on top of that. Absolutely amazing made a request via online got a call back with in half hour, My advisor Daniel was brilliant made me feel at ease, explained everything into detail and didn’t judge me once. After a chat on over the phone Daniel and his team had sorted me an IVA agreement all by the end of the day. I feel like a weight has been massively lifted and i can now sleep easy. Extremely helpful team. Daniel walked me through everything step by step and even supported me with my tax return on a phone call that lasted just under 4 hours. What we discussed put an end to the bailiffs visits practically overnight. He offered advice on how to get out of my current situation as well as how to manage my affairs moving forward. His overall demeanour was that of a person who genuinely wanted to help. Extremely pleased with the results.

I gave set up an IVA with them they told me that they would be there for me but I have been trying to contact them and nothing not an email or WhatsApp I’m so frustrated and worried because I have bailiff letters and 20+ calls still daily . I’m very disappointed when this company.
I’m pleased to say Daniel got intouch and has sorted everything out for me and put my mind at ease.
So yes it was a 1 star rating but the information I have been given today was great thanks
