Rude, obnoxious sales person. I asked a technical question about one of their products by email without reply. Called up this morning to try and get an answer. The guy was rude, discourteous and unhelpful. He then hung up on me!! I have just placed and order with a competitor of theirs for £3,764.00 for polycarbonate tube for a liquids instalation we have sold. It always pays to be polite and not hang up on a customer!!
I needed some acrylic balls for the following day, a Saturday, but only found out I needed them on Friday lunchtime. I phoned up to see if they could help and the guys were very friendly, and went out of their way to get the balls shipped by special delivery. The balls arrived next morning and allowed us to complete a model in time to ship to a time-critical order in the USA. Very happy with that - as is our customer in America.
Ignore other reviews left by the owner. This site is a scam, they will not send you confirmation, not send you the items, then when you do a paypal claim they we issue refund by e-cheque which never clears so you loose your money SCAM
We've used these guys off and on over the years and had great results. Prices are very reasonable and customer support has been excellent in our experience. Just placed an order this morning asking for urgent shipping, and they responded by shipping within an hour or so. Very impressed.
