Mark and a colleague worked very hard to clear a very overgrown fence. They did a great job and left everything very clean and tidy. Also we were impressed by how quickly after the initial request Terry responded, estimated and undertook the work. All done in 5 days. Would certainly recommend to others.

First I arranged for Mark from ‘Clear The Lot’ to visit my rented property to give a quote for the job. The large garden had been badly neglected over the course of a year and in addition to overgrown trees, shrubs and weeds, a large amount of litter had accumulated. Mark quickly provided a quote which I felt was very reasonable. I then booked a slot with Mark to carry out a complete tidy up of the front and back garden. Mark returned to the property and with the help of Omar from the ‘Clear The Lot’ team they carried out the work. I was kept fully up to date with before and after photos of the garden detailing all the work done. I was so impressed by the professional level of service and the quality of the work. I would highly recommend ‘Clear The Lot’ and I will certainly go to them in the future.

They had a major job in clearing my elderly mother's front and back gardens which were badly overgrown.
However, they managed to do it all in 2 days, which was brilliant. Terry and his team were great and nice very to my mum which I really appreciated.

Great service, very happy!! Our house has no rear access and clear the lot took time to protect the inside of our house before starting work. They worked fast and cleared everything. Our garden was a mess/jungle that we had grown tired of battling and now it's a clean slate. Thanks and will be back for more work!!

Terry and team cleared my very overgrown garden in August. Excellent service: Terry took the time to look at the garden before preparing a transparent quote and gave advice where needed. The garden was cleared and tidied up quickly and efficiently with no hassle and the waste properly disposed of.

These guys are great. They genuinely are good, kind, decent people. They made a horrible day of house clearance a good one. Nothing too much trouble. Reasonable price and great company to have around for the day. I never get around to writing reviews but I had to for Terry and his team.

I needed some fencing put up in a big garden and wanted something good and robust. Again the team turned up promptly and did a smashing job and tidied up behind them. I have recommended them to my friend as the job was so good.

Terry came and gave me a quote and the his team came to overhaul my garden which was like a jungle. It was in serious need of it as all the weed and brambles needed to be cut back. The work was performed to a very high standard and I'm very happy with the results. All the cuttings were collected and taken away and not a single bit was left. I'd definitely recommend them the team.

Where do I start. I am lost for words at the at the team work displyed and the progress these guys have shown. Completly cleared our very very overgrown 150ft by 33ft wide garden and removed all rubbish. We are very pleased with team and their work, they left the place clean and tidy the garden looks amazing Plenty more work comming their way from us without a dout. Thanks guys

The team were extremely professional arrived early and were very clean. Would recommend them to anyone.

My Garden had been left in an overgrown state (understatement) and had lots of stuff that had been dumped in it and left. It was in desperate need of clearing. Terry came out to see it the day after I called and sent a quote over shortly after. A week later the team arrived, Terry, Mark, Terence and Omar, all happy and early to the job. They were extremely polite and worked solidly. Just a day and a half and my garden is completely stripped back to a blank canvas ready for landscaping. Well presented vehicles and tools, and the team who were courteous to me and my daughter and my neighbours. Everything done efficiently and all mess cleared away. Would recommend these guys to everyone.

Terry and Mark cleared our garden and re-landscaped.

Terry gave a quote for the work. It ended up there were some concrete paths that tests suggested were around 10cm thick, they ended up over 30cm thick in places when the work started. It was a lot more work than originally quoted and the landscaping required extra materials but they kept to their original quote.

On top of everything they did the work while we were dealing with Covid.

All the workmen were polite and they cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again.

Terry came to view the job that I was presenting him with in clearing the “jungle” in our large garden. He gave me a figure for the work, and as it was important to get started, Mark and his work-force arrived to start in on the task bright and early on the Monday morning. What a transformation they achieved, and how energetically and cheerfully they went about it. Their approach, and their professionalism, even the turn out of their vehicles - not the usual garden contractors’ ramshackle old trucks and vans - made a good impression, not only with me, but with our neighbours. “With us you get what it says on the tin” Terry promised me. I would say that what they did was “Above and Beyond”.

The work was done very well, on time and in budget. The site was cleared, levelled and left tidy and ready for a new shed.
