Could be better made.
The product worked in keeping out the noise and once fitted, they were snug and looked OK. My only issue was in the quality of manufacture; fixing holes drilled in the wrong place, holes not countersunk. I had to re-drill my own and due to a lack of space, could not countersink them, so had to put the holes off-centre so they didn't interfere with the window movement. On the whole, I expected better as the window was not cheap. As an experiment it worked, secondary double glazing does a great job of cutting out the noise, just don't think I'll be buying again.

Hi DJ thank you for taking the time to provide a review. It's great to hear the unit is helping to keep out the noise and overall fitted snugly and to an acceptable appearance. Obviously not so great to hear of the drilling issues, thank you for highlighting this as it gives the opportunity to improve our QC process. In any hand made volume product process, blips can occur and we try to minimise these to the highest degree and fortunately these are few and far between. However as advised we request customers raise any concerns prior to installation giving us the opportunity to review and offer any rectification options. Unfortunately, as we only received your feedback a week or two after delivery and installation it has not given us the ability to assist. Thank you once again from the Customer Services team.

Good DIY secondary glazing
DIY secondary glazing which is well designed, well made, and straightforward to instal. Ideal if you have traditional old sash windows which you do not want to rip out and replace with plastic.
