They issue second hand items

I placed an order with Clearwater Chemicals only because they had a “buy 3 get 1 free” deal on. The “chemical starter pack that arrived was CLEARLY second hand. It arrived in a bashed up box, sellotaped together. One of the items was missing over two inches of product in it and the dip sticks had a couple items missing also. I sent all the images to customer services and was advised I’d get a refund. The refund turned out to be zero and not even a response that they’d issue me a replacement NEW item. So that has massively pi**ed me off. I can’t use this box, god knows who had it before me and it could be tampered with. Utter joke - buy 3 and get second hand is their deal!!! Avoid!!
