Since 2022, I have chosen Clearwater Solicitors to help me with a disrepair issues with my landlord (L & Q Housing Association). One if the 3 bedrooms ceiling have holes and partly collapsed due to flooded ceiling. I have not heard from them since they have taking pictures.
Sending email to Clearwater Solicitors have to be follow by a phone calls. The staff at reception sometimes will tell me that they don't know who is in charge of my file.
Asking their reception for a name of a person's on email sent. I will then be informed that the person left the company; the new person
who took over will now asking me to narrate everything from that start and asking me to resend all the information and photos that I have already given to them which they used to create a file and allocate to a particular staff at initial stage of contacting their office for representation.

I recently sold a property through Clearwater, my first time using them and have already recommended them to many. Patrick and Mohammed were both absolutely amazing, even out of office hours I would get a reply. They kept me informed and updated at all times.

Normally you ring office receptions and they take a message but at Clearwater they give you answers, no waiting around for someone to get back to you. First time using them and I have to say I was very impressed. Thank you for the amazing service and making everything so quick and smooth. Will definitely be coming back and recommend.

Absolutely brilliant customer service.

⛔️🚨 Please avoid this company⛔️. I have lost 20K because of a guy called Mohammed Yakub, who is also the company’s director. They technically trap you by giving a very low quote. Once you pay a deposit, they tell you different stories, complete lies, just to increase their quote. I declined to pay extra money. He (Mohammed) rang me 2 days before completion and said we can’t complete the transaction, due to no time left and it being an auction property. I had to choose between paying 20K extra or losing 34K deposit. I don't think he is even qualified solicitor.

My experience with clearwater was really pleasant, straight forward and efficient. I didn't have to download an app and spend days filling in forms and uploading documents which must I add is not an effective way to do things if you don't understand technology. They were super communicative which is often not the case with solicitors, followed up on my questions/requests and moved quickly with searches etc. I got an answer everytime I rang up and was not made to sit on hold. Everyone knew what they were talking about and I was never confused throughout the process. It's the little things that make buying a home that little bit easier n less stressful, this company definitely gave that impression.

Utterly shambolic. The people buying our property almost lost it. The Clearwater solicitor was rude when he bothered to reply, incompetent and unprofessional. Who agrees a completion date then fails to communicate with anyone only to go on holiday without warning. My advice is don’t touch this firm with a barge pole. They give solicitors a bad name.

I cannot rate Andrew and his team highly enough.
I have recently received a payout from a no win no fee personal injury claim.

Unprofessional, Refused let me take a complaint and speak to a manger. Didn't listen and now will be plasted over social media networking of the Unprofessional staff and ignorant businesse. They keep deleting my post. But won't get away with it
