Excellent friendly service provided today. I was in for a holiday vaccination. I arrived early for my appointment but was attended to very promptly. The injection was given very professionally and I was soon on my way.

I was taken on time, and the practitioner who removed my ear wax was very professional. She welcomed me and explained the procedure. She gave me advice about how often the removal should be carried out.

The process of cryotherapy was explained prior to treatment and it was quick and efficient. It would have been good to know the cost before arrival rather than being told it’s £220 for literally five minutes of treatment. I hope the results merit the cost.

I’ve used larger chains before and getting appointments has been challenging and also having to travel into the city centre, I’d no idea there was a travel clinic locally and great appointment availability. Natalie was very personable and knowledgeable. Will be recommending to friends and family.
