Daniel did a fantastic job installing my shutters. He was very knowledgable and professional. Shutters look beautiful.

Daniel installed four shutters yesterday, ever so pleased with his install, quality of product and immediate aftercare. So much so looking to place a further order.

Today we used Clement Browne for a second set of shutters for our new extension, following a great previous experience where we had the other rooms fitted.
Daniel was excellent, very professional and they have been fitted perfectly.
Very happy and highly recommended.

This is the forth installation we have had from Clement Brown. On this occasion they supplied and fitted shutters to a tricky arched window in our Georgian house. The walls are uneven and sloping!
However, Daniel fitted them perfectly with his usual perfectionist approached. On every occasion we have been impressed with the service and quality installation. Would not consider going anywhere else!

Wonderful service and product. The aftercare was particularly professional - Daniel noticed a small scratch on our shutters and ordered a new part to replace it without us even having to ask. He then returned to fit it and did a wonderful job. We were very happy with Clement Browne overall and would absolutely use them again.

Order shutters after two measurement visits, waited over the estimated timeline given and wrong ones were installed! Company apologised but still expect me to wait for new ones to be built and reinstalled, my inconvenience is 5% reduction on price! If I don’t agree they will take the shutter (which is fair) but my waisted time not taken into account, how is this fair?

Just had shutters fitted in the bedroom, had to wait a long time for them due to current events but well worth the wait. Daniel did an excellent job, very professional adhering to all safety precautions and cleaned up after him. Would use them again and can highly recommend Daniel.

Fantastic from start to finish, they look amazing, great quality and were considerably cheaper than one of the other companies I had quote for the work so was a no brainer and thoroughly recommended. Andrew, our installer, was a real nice guy and very friendly enjoying his work, which was to a very high standard. If you’re considering getting shutters then look no further, I will be purchasing more for the bedrooms.

I had a large patio door, large square bay and a smaller window fitted. Very impressed with everything about this Company. From the original visit which was helpful, informative but certainly not pushy. I was even able to get an approximate quote online to save everybody's time and safety. I was then kept informed and somebody always available to answer queries in spite of COVID. Fitted today by Daniel who was punctual, very polite, considerate, efficient, informative and extremely hardworking. Most of all he was as particular as if fitting in his own home. Clean and tidy in his work at all times. Extremely professional service and will definitely be using them again and requesting if Daniel can fit them. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

We are delighted with our new shutters. Our installer meticulously measured our old Edwardian windows for a perfect-fitting final product.
We went for bespoke cafe shutters with a curve to match existing sash windows and this was no hassle, Clement Browne accommodated our bespoke request with ease!

From the the consultation, our fitter Ryan was professional and friendly. His product knowledge was excellent; answering all our questions, and putting our minds at ease.

The installation was simple and Ryan installed the shutter blinds with little fuss. We absolutely love our blinds and we would definitely recommend Clement Browne to anyone looking to improve their home.

I was apprehensive due to the cost and having to commit the full amount upfront, but I'd done my research, got a few comparisons and whilst CB wasn't the cheapest the quote process gave me lots of confidence in their professionalism and product plus really great reviews, which is why I choose them. I was not disappointed in the slightest and won't hesitate to recommend CB to anyone looking to buy shutters.  They are an investment, but they look beautiful and the whole process, from quote to fitting was reassuring, with well informed, professional and courteous CM staff the whole way through, which was significantly better than other firms who I approached.  

I have to say I am very impressed with Daniel the fitter, from before he arrived right the way through.  He was considerate and informative throughout, from letting me know he was due to arrive shortly, taking care to remove his shoes, unloading the van without leaving doors open more than necessary, covered carpets where he was working and cleaned up each room before moving onto the next.  Given that my daughter and I both work from home there was very little disruption to us and he was a pleasure to have him around.  I wish all trades were as considerate and pleasant.  As for the products, I think he had his work cut out as our windows are old Victorian bays and have suffered with movement through the years, but given the challenge I am very very pleased with the beautifully finished end result.
