This is the third time we’ve used Clement Browne shutters.
The shutters are great quality & look absolutely fantastic!

Steve turned up on time really nice guy he measured and gave me a price which I thought was very reasonable so I decided to go ahead straight away. also what I like about this company is that Steve is also the fitter so there was no flash salesman just straightforward Steve a real gentleman he came to Fit and I’m absolutely delighted. I would recommend Clement Brown. In fact my son recommended them to me.

The fitter we had, Steve, is such a lovely man. Very efficient and very confident in his job. He was so tidy and polite. It's the third time we have used Clement Browne and are absolutely delighted with the service from start to finish The quality of the shutters is amazing. Thank you.

I am a returning customer and I am always super impressed with the quality of the product (gorgeous white shutters) and the quality of the installation and service - polite, helpful and leaves the area spotless. I could not ask for anything more. Reasonable prices, beautiful end product and creating a touch of class in any home.
I would highly recommend this company and they will always be my go to for shutters in any property I am refurbing.

I love my shutters but the cream colour has faded to a pale lavender. They were all replaced due to colour instability and again I have the problem but this time they are not interested. The cream colour I choose matched my windows until they faded out so my shutters now look cheap. Clement Browne have a 10 year guarantee which apparently doesnt cover this. A lot of money for a couple of years of them looking great. Sadly, unless you order white, they won’t look great for long. Such a shame as the service prior to the colour fade was excellent. The fitter Kevan is a perfectionist.

Customer service is very poor. They made an error in measurement and are faulting me for the error rather than taking ownership and fixing their error. Very disappointing experience and do not recommend.

This is now the third time we have engaged Clement Browne to fit shutters. This time it was just one window, but the previous two occasions added up to over 10! Why have we come back? Because quite simply Clement Browne make and install the best shutters we've ever seen. Our fitter Steve was absolutely brilliant - focussed, professional and the end product was superb. Could not recommend more highly.

We are delighted with our shutters, they are high quality and were fitted by a really professional nice fitter called Steve. We highly recommend this company if you are thinking of having shutters fitted.

During the initial purchase, I was assured that the entire fitting process would take place in one appointment. However, this has not been the case as there have now been a total of seven separate appointments:
1. September 2022
2. Early December 2022
3. Mid December 2022
4. March 2023
5. June 2023
6. July 23
7. Sept 23
across these multiple visits, the shutter installation has been started and abandoned several times due to the shutters being manufactured in the incorrect size, despite measurements being taken twice.
Most recently, I discovered there are additional crack on where they screw the panel for the shutter (will be the 8th visit) , indicating a clear need for repair. This continuous pattern of issues extends beyond a simple inconvenience; it raises concerns about the quality of service and product from Clement Browne.

Hence I would not recommend them. Please look at their Google review which is just as bad.

The experience from start to finish was excellent. Steve was very polite and clearly explained how the process would happen. We are really happy with the service and time and care taken to fit our lovely shutters. The job was completed in ample time. Highly recommended Clement browne.

From start to finish, Clement Browne were a pleasure to deal with. The fit and finish of the shutters is perfect and it has made such a difference to our home.

This is our 2nd time purchasing Clement Browne shutters. 3 years ago they supplied & fitted the shutters for the front of our house so when we were renovating our bathroom we went to them and then only as we were so impressed the first time around. Our fitter Steve was brilliant - super friendly & professional. He fitted our new bathroom shutters yesterday in record time & left no mess. A colleague of mine was so impressed with our shutters he has now purchase for his bay window.
We have had an excellent expensive with Clement Browne both times we have used them which is rare for a company. We will be back for a 3rd time once the rest of our house renovation is complete!

I’m so glad I got my shutters from Clement Browne! From the measuring up to the fitting and the customer service in between, it has all been amazing and 10/10. With lots of options to choose from I was spoken through them whilst having my windows measured. I then got them fitted and it was quick installation and they look amazing. They cleaned up after themselves so there was no mess and they look stunning. Very happy with them and would recommend to anyone!

Whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Had a virtual consultation which was very professional and different from other companies. The price was very competitive and cheaper than competitors. Our blinds were fitted yesterday and they look superb. The fitter was very professional laying down sheets and bringing a hoover to tidy up afterwards.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clement Browne and I will be placing another order soon.

Completely brilliant. Excellent communication, straightforward discussion, affordable and competitive pricing, kept to indicated timeframes, and Kevan did an amazing job of installing all the wooden shutters all in one afternoon. It's a no-brainer and I thoroughly recommend Clement Browne. I'm so so pleased with the workmanship and the outcome.
