We’d like to clarify that the fee in question was related to your company’s dissolution, which is a separate, optional service that includes several elements beyond formation , such as federal tax filings, annual report submissions, resolution of any incurred penalties, and state-mandated fees.
While we’re unfortunately not responsible for government-imposed penalties, we always aim to minimize such costs by sending reminders 3–4 months in advance, giving our clients plenty of time to act and avoid late fees. We also strive to offer some of the most competitive pricing in the market for dissolution and compliance services.

Customer focused & professional.
The website is great and the oboarding accounting manager responsive are knowledgeable and guide the process very well.
The customer service is very sresponsive and whatever glitches we discovered were resolved promptly.
At some point the assigned some accountants from possibly India that we could not understand very well (like most of similar companies, they try to outsource).
When we raised the issue, they booked a new meeting and took good care of the tasks. So we have faith in continuing working with them. I would recommend their service.
