€4958 Jackpot Reduced to €100 – Misleading Bonus Terms and Conflicting Information

As a result, my €4958.15 jackpot win was reduced to €100.

The jackpot was not won in the Bonus Crab feature itself, but in a normal slot game. At no point was it clearly explained that such a jackpot win could be reduced to such a small amount due to bonus terms.

I also requested a copy of my chat conversation with support as evidence. The agent confirmed it would be sent immediately, but I never received it.

This situation feels misleading and lacks transparency. Players should be clearly informed if jackpot winnings can be restricted in this way.
