I’ve been using the copper bottle from Cleo for the last few weeks, and my experience has been really good. The quality feels premium, it’s sturdy, and the design is nice as well. Ive been using this copper bottle…

Ive been using this copper bottle daily, and Im very happy with it tbh.The quality feels premium, it well-made, and the water tastes fresh after being stored for a few hours. Its become part of my daily routine, and I appreciate the health benefits associated with drinking water from copper vessels. This company is a scam

I ordered 3 water bottles in which I only received one. For a month they have not issued a refund or sent me the missing water bottles. They keep saying they need more time, at this point I think they are just waiting for me to forget about it. worst customer service I have ever received and at this point it is theft. I would highly recommend not purchasing from this company.

Excuses and no order, no refund. SCAM

I Never received the product I ordered on March 26th. Communication with the company has stated twice over 4 weeks the bottles have been shipped and they apologize for the delay. When I asked for a tracking number the last time they stated this, I got a response thst said the team needed to look into it, to ensure it was handled fairly. I finally asked for a refund because it is now the middle of May and nowthere is no response. I ordered 4 water bottles. 120.00 order not filled.SCAM

Goods Delivered

Let me just say that I received what I paid for and I am very satisfied. These are true cooper cups, I used the magnet test and they do not stick. So that lead me to believe they are real.
It almost took 2 months to receive but it was worth it. You’re getting a true/authentic product. And it’s coming from New Delhi so thats quite the distance. I thought they were scamming me but Olivia the rep stayed in contact with me and insured the delivery would come, and it did. And I’m totally satisfied. Quality, design and the purpose was all I was looking for and they delivered.
