I ordered two whitening powders and 5 siwak sticks. I had tried siwak sticks before so I knew what to expect, but I'm totally surprised (in a positive way) by the powder. Honestly, I didn't expect it to work but here I am writing a positive review. The powder is black and odorless and I tried using it with electric toothbrush but its definitely easier with a regular one. I used a product as instructed ( not every single day tho) and the results after two weeks are phenomenal! My teeth are at least 3 shades whiter, enough for others to notice and ask what I'm using . Highly recommend this product.

Waste of money
It did absolutely nothing apart from giving me sensitive teeth. Constantly having the sink and everything dirty from it because it’s just black powder. This should definitely not cost nearly £30, max £5 if that. I was able to send it back and get my money back but they didn’t mention when I purchased it that I will have to pay the postage myself that cost me nearly third of the price of that product! Don’t waste your money at all

I was using it with toothpaste, of course I was.
The item needs go to back to Croatia so even if you take the cheapest option, it’s still very expensive so no, you do not give all your money back.

I was about to have my teeth…
I was about to have my teeth professionally whitened but read about this product, so thought I would give it a try
I bought it from the website and used as directed
Have used now daily for nearly a month, but no real change.
Now I am pretty maticulous about my dental hygiene, so there maybe many reasons that this didn't work for me.
Maybe my teeth are not as bad as I think, maybe there is huge difference between natural whitening and what is essentially peroxide bleaching and i was expecting too much for my 50 year old teeth.
What I can say is that my teeth felt very clean and it did not cause any sensitivity which a lot of normal toothpastes or whitening toothpastes do for me.
So personally I will continue to use every so often as I feel it can't do any harm to keep on top of staining, but the three stars is purely due to lack of whitening.

I ordered 2 products but they accidentally sent me just 1. I told them about the mistake and they quickly sent the missing product along with a little gift. Big thumps up for the customer support. I 've only been using it for 2 days and I can already see a difference. I got the recommendation from a friend who is on day 9 and her results are amazing. This is the fourth time I'm ordering…
This is the fourth time I'm ordering this product, and I feel the need to leave a review... The product clearly works, but I also want to mention their customer service, who patiently answered all my questions. I now realize that all questions I asked were already answered on the webshop. A small suggestion would be to add an FAQ section on the webshop for easier navigation, but it's not a big deal. I highly recommend this product.

My teeth look worse than before
I purchased the whitening kit for $49.90 and have used a little over 2 weeks. My teeth look darker now than before I started using it! Very disappointing and a waste of money.
Edit: The Edit below is so untrue! I was not ever asked how I used product AND I did use with toothpaste and powder on my toothbrush.I do not like that my review was made to be my fault. I was offered a full refund to remove my negative review but I declined.
