I’ve been using NovaFlow for over 2 weeks now and so far have been really impressed with the results. After using it on day 1 i could noticeably breathe more easily, but still felt the congestion pressure. But after a couple of days that congestion feeling went. The biggest differences i can notice are being able to breathe through both nostrils, at the same time! It’s quite a novelty, i’ve only ever been able to do that with nasal sprays previously. Also just breathing normally there doesn’t feel like any obstructions where previously i always felt like i wasn’t getting enough air in.
I haven’t been waking up with a horribly dry mouth in the night either from mouth breathing.
I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who struggles with sinus problems. I’ll take a glowing red face a few times a day for these results!

I purchased the NovaFlow in late December after years of sinus issues, rinsing every day, and taking allergy medications. I did notice the first time I used it my nose felt less full and clogged. I’ve been using it once a day and have noticed my nose being less stuffy. I am also a cpap user who couldn’t sleep on my side due to my nose being continually clogged on one side. I can now sleep on my side again.

I do want to note that the customer service was quick and responsive; my pup decided it looked like a chew toy. I contacted the rep and they immediately worked with me to help me out. Thank you!

I've been using my new NovaFlow red laser nasal therapy for just over a week for my non-allergic rhinitis, post-nasal drip, and sinus pressure in all my sinuses. I also have a perforated septum, so my sinus irrigation just flows straight through the hole & not into my sinuses. I'm starting to be able to tell a real difference. It's the dead cold of winter, but my nose isn't runny & having to blow my nose every 30 minutes as usual. No, just a few times a day really. It isn't uncomfortable to use, & each session (I'm using it twice a day) is about 10 minutes long. I got the kit with the UV sterilizer, extra nasal tips, & carrying case. The carrying case is way too large for my liking. The UV sterilizer does a good job I assume, as it has 2 UV LEDs & a viewing window. It's rather strange that the device charges with an ancient micro-USB charger, but the UV sterilizer uses USB-C. C'mon, get with the times! This is 2026! micro-USB is a thing of the past! That's really the only complaint that I have about the device & kit so far. Time will tell if I'm able to get off the 2 antihistamines & the Flonase I use twice a day, every day. Thanks for showing me something in a Facebook ad that I didn't know that I needed! I scrolled right past the ad several times, but I'm glad that you were persistent. I really think this is going to work after DECADES of doing the same old crap with antihistamines and steroids, KNOWING that they don't work with NON-allergic rhinitis, which is the diagnosis I received after 2 rounds of allergy testing about 6 years ago! I spent over 30 years taking meds that COULDN'T help!

I have had my NovaFlow for a couple of weeks now and been using it twice a day, every day. As one who has always suffered from a ‘bunged’ nose (hayfever in the summer, colds in the winter) this has been a game changer.

No longer are my nasal passages stuffed. Getting a full nights sleep without interruption. Nose has stopped running.

Only criticism at the moment is I still get a bit of mucus at the back of my throat which is annoying, but it is getting less and less. Plus it is still early days yet.

Get about a week’s worth of use on one charge using twice per day. Overall, delighted with my NovaFlow and recommend it for those that have suffered like me over the years.

Sadly this turns out to be a scam as the product isn’t really shipped. All that happens is you get emailed a “self help” pdf, no actual device comes when you order. Very disappointing

I was very skeptical about this, but after years and years of using decongestion spray over and over, several times a day, I decided to give this a try. It is working!! For me I noticed no difference until about 3 weeks of using it, but I did it daily 3 times a day anyway. After 3rd week I started noticing improvement. I am into my 4th week and I am now down to just using spray ONE TIME right before bed. So it does work, but it may take awhile. I am so hopeful that I can stop the sprays all together and finally get lasting relief. If it continues to work and show improvement, I will be ordering another one for backup.

Been using a Netty Pot for years. The Nova Flow is a game changer. I suffered from extreme allergies and sinus congestion. The NovaFlow has worked tremendously on my nasal congestion. Recommend.

Product works as promised and customer service was helpful

I have been using the red light for my nose as I have allergies and sinus headaches daily. I don’t like constantly taking medication so I tried this device and headaches gone nose is not constantly dripping best purchase ever. The company is excellent to deal with customer service is very helpful. Shipping takes awhile it comes from China but any questions they get back to you right away I would not hesitate to deal with this company.

Unfortunately the product didn't work for me (I've tried literally everything, so I wasn't too surprised). However, the customer service from Cleriva has been both fast and excellent, so I would still recommend them as a good company to buy from.

I honestly thought Novaflow might just be a gimmick, but I was desperate to improve my breathing, especially at night, and I’m so glad I tried it.

After the first few uses it became much easier to put in, and the difference has been amazing. I can now breathe through the night without waking up congested, and the improvement continues throughout the day. I suffer with ongoing sinus and ENT problems due to being born with a cleft palate, so this has made a huge difference for me.

I also use the Cleriva ear pod with red light therapy, which has really helped — my ears are no longer itchy or irritated. As a busy teacher I usually manage once a day during the week and twice a day at weekends, and that’s been enough to see consistent benefits.

I feel calmer overall simply because I’m breathing better. I’m genuinely so glad I gave this a chance.

Outstanding customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. I was nervous it was possibly a scam as the delivery took a little longer than expected and so I contacted them; they reassured me and kept me up to date with the delivery until it arrived. They are very timeous, friendly and helpful in their responses. Excellent service.

A super product backed up by scientific research. The device is easy to use and has a self timer which switches off after 10 mins of use. The customer service is fantastic. Any issues and they will honestly sort it.

Just received my Novaflow a few days ago. It has been amazing. I already notice less phlegm and throat clearing after just a few sessions. Also fantastic customer service as I had an issue that was no fault of Novaflow. Excited to keep using the product and get the relief I’ve been looking for.

Finally, something that actually works!

​I’ve struggled with a continuous nasal drip for three years, which led to constant throat pain and congestion. I saw NovaFlow on social media and decided to buy two, one for myself and one for my brother as a Christmas gift.

​The difference was immediate. After just two uses, my throat felt better and the "gunk" finally cleared up. My brother had the same experience; he used it twice on Christmas Day and noticed his sinuses felt much clearer right away. He’s been using it ever since and is finally sleeping through the night and feeling like himself again.

​It has truly been life changing for both of us. If you’re suffering, don't delay, this really makes a difference. Just a heads up, be careful of cheap dupes online and make sure you buy the original!

I bought a bundle from Cleriva for a present for a family member for Xmas. It was made clear that due to the date I bought it, it may not arrive for Xmas. Sadly, my family member had already bought the product and so I asked for a refund. Other companies offer a no quibble refund policy but then you are fighting to get it for one reason or another..... Not here.

They were quick to reply and processed my request with no quibbling, or trying to upsell or even a partial refunds (like other companies do).

I have had a NovaFlow for a week and am a believer in red light therapy now. During COVID, my job made me get tested once weekly and since then I have struggled to breathe more on my right side (mostly blocked before) than the left (worked half the time). I had become a mouth breather.
After using this device 2-3 times daily for only seven days, I already find myself shocked often during the day when my mouth is closed and I am breathing well. This was not possible before, thank you!! 👏🏻
