Above and Beyond Customer Support from Marta. Initially I got in touch about an issue on our search page. It turned out it wasn't really an issue with clerk.io but Marta went above and beyond to ensure I got a fix to the problem.

We partnered with Clerk.io over a year ago to optimize the search and recommendations functions in our webstore. The technology is actually really good! It exceeded our expectations, and the results are easily visible in increased basket value and cross-sales in our webshop. So, of course, we opted to add the other two features of audiences and email as well.

Setting everything up at the beginning takes some time, but the support is really great and fast here!

Charles is our contact person, and he is really good at following up, giving advice, tips, and tricks on how to optimize certain features better, or what we could focus on - it's really great to have this close and personal collaboration.

What a great team. We had some problems with an add-to-cart popup but we contacted support and got a really prompt response.

We got put through to Mohamad who helped us resolve our issue. He quick to answer all of our questions, concerns and helped us directly in getting the code implemented.

Clerk is a very powerfull tool, and has really made a difference for our company. A modern party that is at the forefront of the latest developments. Employees (Raffaela!!) who have invented service 2.0. They think along as if it were their own store. They are flexible and do not give up offering their service when you are busy. 300% convinced of their product and they can explain it well. If you love data, this is very inspiring and profitable to work with. Highly recommended and there are always nice new developments coming up.

Easy communication and good developing platform for customers and resellers

A collaboration with Clerk is definitely recommended! We have been working with Clerk's search bar for some time and we are very pleased with it.

Recently also started with e-mail marketing via Clerk. Although it is a challenge for both parties to set everything up properly, Clerk's support is great! The close collaboration with Charles and Matei is fast, good and personal, which I am a huge fan of. Highly recommended!

Had clerk installed on our website for six months now and was satisfied with it.

I kept delaying my onboarding call but now I wish that I had known what I now know, the onboarding call with Charles was an eye opener and will be having more calls with him in the future as his knowledge and suggestions he has made are already impacting the way we use clerk.
