We bought our Clever Spa Sorrento 6 person Hot tub in July we were so impressed with it, we recommended it to everyone, so much so several friends & family members now have one! After 3 months of use after a weekend away we came home to a half deflated hot tub. Straight away we followed the Clever Company online instructions and tried to find a hole etc without success. Straight away we called Clever Company as it always includes 12 months warranty which was extended by another year upon submission of our receipts the day after we bought it. So Clever Company sent us an empty box which we filled with our hot tub (Excludes cover) then they arranged collection the next day. Within 7 days we received a call to say that the issue was a liner fault and that they would like to replace it for us however they no longer do our Sorrento liner so they offered us a limited edition grey type one, but that they would also send us a new cover so it would all match and send us some new filters with it. We agreed and within 48hrs we had our hot tub back, which we put straight up and it was perfect. We got a call the day later asking if we were happy. . . . I can honestly say we were blown away by the service Victoria, Venessa, Jess & Rob all provided and the attentiveness with ensuring we were happy. The products they have are fantastic and service is exceptional, especially when a friend bought a different brand (lazy) and has had nothing but issues. So were very happy. We would Clever company to bring some sort of seating or bar attachment to the square hot tubs & a perfect fit gazebo for it, then we'll be set. :)

Disgusting. Do Not Buy!! So many faults -- and it's still practically brand new. We just want a refund...
We bought a Waikiki 7 months ago. Within the first couple WEEKS (2 uses, 1/2 hour each time, 2 people), the heating stopped working. We had to go through a lot of communication with the Service team and we had to take many photos & a video. After all that -- and only after convincing them that we'd set it all up correctly and had completed all the troubleshooting -- we had to empty & deflate & pack it up for collection. We got it back around 2 weeks later. They'd had to replace the pump, impeller and something else. It had been practically brand new and barely used!! We set it all up again and used it twice, then woke up one morning to a jarringly loud sound from the pump. Had to go through everything again with customer services. But this time they asked for more photos. Pathetic service.
Honestly, this is not worth it. The amount of wastage & the cost to us each time we have to empty it, deflate it, pack it up & then put it all up again once it's returned: water, electricity, chemicals wasted... Not to mention all the time it takes. Awful. Bad quality!

Ordered a Thermal Cover for other OEM Lazy Spa square and really pleased so far.
After 2 nights in the cold between heating the hot tub, was pleasantly suprised to start at 26° rather than at 15° without the cover at the start of the week.
Ordered directly from Clever Spa and whole service was easy and fast delivery as well.

New Hampshire Black Label Drop Stitch. I paid Just short of £800 for this just over a year ago and to say it deserves one star is being very generous.
This is a terribly made hot tub and the Materials are not up for the Job. I have to blow it up every other day which I can live with but when the deterioration of the cover straps is not acceptable and are now no longer usable. This hot tub has had less than 4 months use and this is not acceptable. It was dry stored last winter. The customer service is atrocious and the excuses for this are absolutely twoddle. My 13 year nephew has more engineering skills than these people.
Their story is:
“I have consulted The senior technician and the product team over the complaint regarding the liner/top cover securing straps and highlighted your concerns.
After reviewing the images and the information they have advised me most likely cause of these straps fraying or indeed snapping overtime would be due to excess resistance being placed against them directly or indirectly over a period of time when tightened.”
I know as being an engineer for over 30 years that this not possible and is caused by poor materials. If the straps were over tightened then they would not chafed and snapped.
Do not by at any cost. Look at the other 1 star reviews. Very poor company with a poor product.

Wanted a lay z spa thermal cover but they sold out in my tubs size til next year. So thought I'd get the cleverspa thermal cover to tie me over even after reading bad reviews on social media groups I thought I'd give benefit of the doubt and not wished I'd listened it's made no differance and them advertising a 50% energy saving was a total mimic and lie. Ita made less than £1 differance to my tub being on 32/34 in fact there is 73p dofferance from having the cover and not so hardly anything. So I spent over £65 to make a small change. Extremely disappointed then to top that off when fitting the seams are coming undone and the zip around where u connect ur pump I jad to repair as wasn't even stitched properly so wasn't happy at all. It's thin and flimsy and flaps around in wind and I ended up paying for a waterproof cover to go over it to keep it more secure. It's a bad design it needed straps to keep secure and should be made better and even made waterproof as this is only showerproof and in heavey rain seeps thru the cover. I wished I'd not wasted my money and sooner have given the £65+ pounds to a total stranger.. my own fault for not listening to what others have put on Facebook tiktok and other social media groups, the fact there is a group made telling ppl bot to buy should have been a red flag so more fool me. Lesson learnt now.

I'd look at an alternative to Cleverspa as the product is terrible and customer service much worse!
We have a New Hampshire which has been repaired 3 times and has now failed again, bit out of warranty. So Cleverspa want £169.50 to repair it?
Customer service is a 'can't be bothered' response.
We had a total of 247 days without being able to use it (just over 8 months) of the 889 days we had it:
April 2020 - Spa purchased at The Range.
September 2020 - spa HL error occurred, so raised ticket as not working.
February 2021 - spa collected for repair (nearly 5 months after raising warranty claim).
February 2021 - spa returned repaired.
June 2021 - spa control panel dead, so raised another warranty repair claim.
September 2021 - spa collected for repair.
September 2021 - spa returned and repaired, but with hole in the liner so not usable. It was also filthy dirty.
October 2021 - replacement liner received which I had to fit myself.
September 2022 - further failure to hot tub with heater not working.

Hot tub purchased less than 3 months ago and is faulty. Spoken to customer services, no help whatsoever in rectifying the issue, with a not bothered attitude. Feel like i have been fobbed off and wasted my money. The after care service is none existent. Saying that an FC error code which comes up on a daily basis even though the filter has been changed and chemicals have been put in still comes up and this is normal apparently. Never known something so ridiculous! Product is not fit for purpose and will be claiming my money back through Paypal. Do not purchase a Cleverspa hot tub.
Edit: in response to your reply thats a load of BS. The chemicals and filters used on the hot tub are genuine cleverspa filters and chemicals. I can gladly show the receipts for these (if i was able to attach photos to this revirw i would) so yet again as i have mentioned the customer service from this company is atrocious. Pass the book and take no form of responsibility. The issue with the product lies with the manufacturer and not down to how the product is being used.
