It's a shame to have to give this review as my experience with the website was really good at start, but the logistic provider haven't delivered to me yet, everyday day they tell me to wait at home and then just don't appear, very disappointed, cleverdealz should look after the shipments until they are delivered and support us with their providers.

Update: refund received, thanks for the support. Although the overall experience was not good the refund process works.

Epson EH-TW650. Ordering was easy. Delivery was very quick. The product was very well packed and looked new. Unfortunately it didn't work. The return was also very easy and the money was quickly back in my account. If there is going to be a failure this is how it should be treated. The only thing missing was an apology.

Product arrived not in the original packaging. One set of cables that we supposed to be included wasn't there. Looked like a previously returned produc not a new one.

I am fully satisfied. The goods was at a good price, delivered instantly and without any problem.

The only problem I encountered was failure to accept my EU VAT registration - so I had to pay German VAT and ask for refund.
