I would not give this 1 star at all, but would not let me write review unless I gave it 1. Took forever. Wanted for Christmas, arrived after. Wore ring one day and my finger turned black. They never answered most of my concerns. Do not buy from them. I will never order from them again. Awful. 0 stars here

Cheap lightweight bracelet, no sentiment card included so basically an expensive cheap looking bracelet

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I usually read reviews before ordering. On this occasion stupidly I didn’t. They do not upfront before purchase let you know the item is shipped from China. I ordered on the 9th December and yet to still receive and doubtful the item will be anything more than what you would find in a kinda egg having read all these reviews!!!! Avoid, avoid!!!!! Their customer service is useless and unsympathetic/satisfactory! I have asked for a refund and even paid shipping insurance! Both appears to be on deaf ears!

Ordered on 6th shipped the 9th
Tracking number takes you two different shipping companies both asking for all your data but dont look right then doesn't even give u the details still not here 22nd and by looks of reviews going to be awful anyway. I take this back the lady contacted me this morning with the delivery details that match my order

Having read the reviews whilst waiting way beyond what's acceptable ("next day shipment"?) I was clear this was not a wise purchase. Despite providing PayPal Resolution Centre with more than adequate information, they are not pursuing my case as seller shipment information had been provided. The item arrived and matches the quality the vast majority here found lacking. It will be going back. There is no return slip, no e-mail response as yet, but there is a UK returns address on the envelope, since described as their "logistics address" only! Really?
On requesting a refund subsequent to Paypal's refusal, "Linda" did then write providing only an Australian address for returns. This has been a pretty depressing experience and has completely put me off ordering anything from online pop-up advertising ever again, but I am now appealing Paypal's refusal which they have finally agreed fully in my favour.

Awful do not shop here. I purchased a necklace and it was not sterling silver it was disgusting then to be told I have to pay to return it to Australia. Please avoid this company at all costs! Absolutely disgusting

Took ages to arrive (from China which i didn’t know when I ordered it) and then what a total disappointment 😣 gutted! Like the cheapest metal ‘thing’ in a tiny plastic bag, cheap box, I could go on, not even the ‘big sis little sis’ poem card with it - total con DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! 😡

This company does not even deserve 1 star - I bought 2 hug rings engraved with Mam for my nieces and was sent another a ring as a free gift. The one I received made my finger black - they are not silver as advertised and so disappointed as my nieces had lost their Mother and these were specially fir them

I would give a zero score if possible. Ordered what was meant to be a silver necklace. Took a while to come. Could see from packaging it came from China and it’s a cheap metal, not silver. Sent an email complaining about the quality etc and was told I could return it - to an address in Australia!! (I’m in the UK), so obviously not going to do that. Wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

I'm still waiting for my delivery. I wish instead the reviews before handing over £ never again!

Annoyed!!

Doesn’t even deserve one star! Please do not buy from this company! The necklace was smaller than advertised, quality very cheap and nasty. Took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it didn’t include the cute message card it was advertised with. I really wish I had checked on here first 😡

Not as illustrated. Very poor quality. The 'I love you' bracelet was much thinner than illustrated.

Don't let the 1 Star fool you, I wish I didn't have to leave one at all. Do NOT, NOT, NOT give these people your money. Crappy quality, misleading advertising and disappear when you request a refund for their broken ring. They do NOT care, do NOT support you and do NOT provide a quality product.

It is a shame you have to leave at least one star. They claim a passion for jewellery and that they appreciate their customers to then dropship Chinese garbage. God knows how they get away with it.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I ordered three rings as gifts and got a ring free of charge. I wore the free ring for around 10 days. It started to tarnish and turned my finger green, when I contacted clever jewellery their customer service was next to non-existent and I was told because it was free, they would not replace it or do anything about it.

Very disappointed. I ordered a bracelet for my daughter and was expecting the verse card with it, which is why I ordered it in the 1st place, but it came in a big box and no message card
I emailed them and it kept bouncing back so I wrote a comment on FB and got blocked by them

I have not received the ring I ordered and have sent two emails which have been returned to me as the company thought it was spam. the company is a scam don't order off them

Zero customer service and shoddy quality products. I’ve contacted them 3 times and had nothing back. If you order, you will lose your money.

EDIT: They finally responded and I would have to cover the £15-20 postage fee back to Australia for an £18 product. The entire thing is a SCAM. Shitty products with awful company policy that allows them to do nothing if you have a quality issue or complaint. Truly avoid this company like it’s tuberculosis.

I ordered 2 big sister/ little sister necklaces. Poor quality and didn't even have the card with the printed poem. That was the reason I ordered in the 1st place. Would have got the same thing in Temu. Avoid

DO NOT BUY. This company are a scam, absolute rubbish quality items which took over two weeks to come, and now claim I can’t return as bought during Black Friday sale, which I did not, they are far too poor quality to gift as they’d be an embarrassment, shipped from china and emails received from Linda Davis in customer services, asking me to send photos of the 3 I purchased in the first email, before telling me I can’t return, giving them to charity in the hope they can make a couple of pounds from them, AVOID at all costs.
