Shipped after 48 days, low support
They only shipped after 48 days while their product page says "10 days processing". Tried to contact them multiple time but they rarely answer and when they did they just told me that it was because of "carrier delays".
Good laptops but low customer support, also every time I tried to see the order status in their website it opened 25+ popups.

Terrible customer service and communication...
I found this site searching for customizable laptops, and although the site looked scketchy I decided to give it a try, because of their low prices and free delivery in EU. (I`m from Romania) I placed an order and recived no confirmation via email. Contacted them about a student discount and detail about my order. Nothing...
Three days later: still nothing. Eventually, only after contacting them through the contact formular on their website, I got a response. They had just seen all my prevoius emails.
After this experience, and reading other, way worse reviews from trustpilot, I couldn`t really trust them anymore. Mabye they are legit, but I didn`t get to find out.

Furthermore, despite our multiple attempts to reach out, we did not receive any payment for the placed order. Due to this, we were unable to wait longer and were forced to cancel your order.
We understand that these circumstances may have caused frustration and uncertainty. Our aim is to provide the best customer service possible, and we are sorry that we did not meet your expectations in this instance.
However, we would like to assure you that we are a legitimate provider and we always strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our services. At the same day of writing this review they got back to me. I have now received an apology and a notification of refund processing.
As such, I have edited my score. I still think that communication was handled poorly, however, it's great that they got back to me eventually.

I ordered a new Danish keyboard for my Clevo laptop from them initially. The next day they withdrew the money from me, but nothing was sent out. Later they mailed me about an issue with the order, where they told me, that they could not deliver the danish keyboard, because it was out of stock. They offered me keyboards in different languages or a refund. Since I have no use for a different language, I requested a refund. Since I requested the refund, they have been completely silent. I have sent numerous mails, both replying to the ongoing case mail, sending a new mail and tried their on-site contact form. Apparently I'm no longer worth the time, since they literally stole my money.
I can only recommend staying away from them as a company, since they unlawfully withdraw your funds before sending out the goods.
I'm now close to filing a report with the police along with documentation regarding online theft.

1st purchase in 2019, if I remember correctly...
Delivery quite longer than advertised.
"10 days delivery, on stock" took well over 1 month.
Shipped by DPD, waiting all day at home.
20 min after promised timeframe an email that the package is available at a pickup point due to "nobody home".
At pickup point "You can take you package from that pile over there".
No ID check or anything whatsoever.
2nd purchase march 2023.
Delivery 34 days later.
There was nobody home.
Email that package was deliverd to a neighbor according "assigned safe place".???
No consent was given for that. (Luckily I have good neighbors all around)
Box had clear "fragile" stickers all over but was badly damaged.
So in short:
Absolutely no complains about the quality and price of the laptops.
Delivery times quite longer than advertised.
Dubious shipping partner at least.
