This website is a scam. They said we weren't there when they delivered the good. Instead of telling us where to pick up the good, they said we have to purchase the good again + shipping fee. Which is funny is that they have a Customer Service, sending the same email which is complete non-sense. Here it is:

As we checked, your parcel has been returned by your local post office.
You can track your order here ：(tracking number erased)
What’s more, this parcel will not returned to our original warehouse, which means we can not received the parcel neither.
In this case, we have the solution for you:
We can resend to you but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the shipping fee.

My wife even spoke with a lady from Cliatdock Customer Service, who was really unpleasant, and whose advice weren't helpful at all.

I ordered a bag from this site, the advert claimed it was leather. I chose to go via PayPal and processed the payment that was shown.

The first indication that something was wrong was when on checking PayPal I noticed an extra USD $10.45 "Tax" had been applied. This did not appear on my PayPal authorisation, nor on any receipts.

I contacted the company and was told it was a "mistake" and that the money would be returned. I'm still waiting.

I then received a "tracking Number" from tracking-hub.com - this is a scam website that gives false tracking numbers and false tracking.

I was going to make a claim, but the item I ordered arrived today. It most certainly was not leather and was of very cheap, even sub-standard quality. I can't send it back because it will cost me to return it and with this shyster company I am not confident of even then getting my money back.

Caveat Emptor - let the buyer beware. Avoid this scam company at ALL costs.

(FYI the fake tracking number on tracking-hub.com shows the item as "Reached US Customs" and that it originated in Kentucky USA. The packaging from the article received today shows it originated in Spain ....)

I ordered a spinner mini drone flying and in about one month it was received.

My wife purchased a couple of bags on September 29 after sawing them on a Facebook ad. After she complained that the items were coming from Croatia and Italy, I got suspicious and check the domain: Less than 2 months old (1 strike), then when I check their service (24hservice.vip; 2 strikes), and finally Trustpilot showed the rest of this scam.
