Quick and fast customer service
We placed a Cyber Monday order with ClickBlocks and immediately realized there was a mistake in our order and we ordered the wrong thing. We emailed customer support and received a quick resolution to our problem (even on one of the busiest days of the year!). ClickBlocks didn't charge us for the change in the order. I highly recommend buying from them.

Great Customer Service
So far I’ve had a pleasant experience with Click-blocks. They have been very helpful and responsive with the issue that I had to which they resolved very quickly. And as a kind gesture they have offered to send me a Pro pack for free also! The customer service team are really nice and a credit to Click-blocks, as a former customer service representative myself I know that their level of customer care is very very good! I’m sure my kids are going to love playing with these blocks. Brilliant way to reduce screen time with real life building. Another click bait scam
Another click bait scam, paid £30 for 70 blocks, advertising was very misleading. The blocks are very small and turned up in a zip bag. Contact them for a refund I was happy to return but they said it was only the larger box you got the display box with and didn’t give me the option to return. £30 out of my daughter’s Christmas money is huge complete waste of money

Not worth the money
I ordered the Pro-pack which came today and I am very disappointed. They are much smaller than they look on their website and didn’t even come in a box or have any instructions, just a few blocks in a plastic bag that didn’t even have a leaflet inside. Definitely not worth the money 😡

Regarding the packaging, the Pro Pack is shipped in protective packaging rather than a presentation-style box. We also don’t include instruction leaflets, as the blocks are designed to be open-ended and driven purely by the child’s creativity — there’s no right or wrong way to build with them.

Lovely magnetic toy
I am so excited to give these magnetic blocks to my son! They have a satisfying click when the magnets stick together and will be a great break from screens! Minecraft IRL
They make a great product that really grabs the creative mind. Their blocks actually stick to one another in whatever way you want them to, due to their design having a mini magnet at each corner. You can build whatever you can think of, smash it flat, and start again! It's all the creativity of paints or clay without the mess. I bought the Legendary Box for my son and he practically hasn't put it down. They get the Dopamine rush of Minecraft, but the satisfaction of seeing it in the real world. I highly recommend these Click Blocks to any parent looking to get their kid away from their screens for a good long while.

Very good service
I ordered two lots of the legendary pack blocks. The website was easy to use, the blocks look really neat and I also emailed to check on the status of the order, and the guys got back to me basically straight away, which was so reassuring.
