Beware of Misleading Packaging
I purchased the Elite Pack as a Christmas gift for my grandson, and the advertising made it look like a boxed set suitable for gifting. However, please be aware that these sets do not come in a box – they arrive in a simple plastic bag, which looks nothing like a presentable gift.
Additionally, the product description strongly implied that a building board/base was included, but there is no board in the pack. This was very disappointing and feels misleading, especially as the marketing is clearly aimed at people buying gifts for children.
The company did respond promptly when I contacted them, but the lack of proper packaging and missing board makes this product feel incomplete and not as advertised. If you’re buying this as a gift, be prepared that it may not arrive in a gift-ready form.

The Elite Pack you purchased does come in protective packaging rather than a presentation-style gift box, and I completely understand how this can feel underwhelming when you’re expecting something that looks “gift-ready.” Only the larger Legendary Pack includes the full storage box, and we recognise that this distinction wasn’t as clear as it should have been from the advertising. Your feedback here is important, and we are already working on making this communication clearer.
Regarding the building board: none of our packs include a base plate, and we don’t list a board in the Elite Pack’s contents. Some of our adverts show creative build examples that use multiple packs or accessories to inspire ideas, but I understand how this could come across as implying certain items are included. We’ll be reviewing those visuals to avoid any future misunderstandings.
I’m glad to hear our team responded promptly when you reached out, but I’m sorry that the overall experience felt disappointing. We never want customers to feel misled, especially when buying gifts for children.

I love the look of these blocks. I cannot wait for my son to open them on Christmas morning! I had a query and customer service were very prompt to reply. Delivery was also pretty quick. Will be ordering more in the future!

I opened the blocks to check them out before giving as a gift and I love them! Can't wait to build together with my son. Customer service was also great. I thought of a question right after I ordered and they responded to my email very quickly and were kind and helpful. The order came on time and tracking updates were emailed periodically.

I should have checked reviews here, before I read reviews on their website. The blocks are tiny, no packaging, no instructions and not fit to give my grandson for christmas. For the extra money I paid, I expected a set my grandson could play with. This set cannot build anything.
I've had to go to another website to buy more (fingers crossed they are ok)
I paid AU$65 and complained to Click Blocks. They have given me a paltry small refund of AU$13 by way of apology, robbing me of AU$52 for a small bag of rubbbish

Ordered the pack for my nephew for Christmas, Black Friday sales had them on sale from $86 to $43. They arrived today and I’m very disappointed with what was received, nothing like the pictures on their website and in the last week so many reviews saying the same, I would not recommend buying these at all!

Good product, would use again
Product arrived adventually after some delivery confusion, but company do respond via email and resolved issue. The product looks great and actually want to keep it for myself.
Company needs to improve by sending confirmation order emails and tracking details once available to ensure a smoother customer experience.

I’ve bought the legendary pack as a Christmas present
I’ve bought the legendary pack as a Christmas present, for my 7 year old grandson. I was a bit disappointed with the fact that the advert says it comes with a case and 5 free characters which are actually included in the pack and the case is the box it comes in! It did not state that when advertising this it said they came as extras, I would be changing the description as reading the reviews this is confusing quite a few people who have bought this.
I hope my grandson will like this look forward to playing with it with him.

I can not believe these blocks score as…
I can not believe these blocks score as highly as they do on here. I bought on Black Friday. 150 pieces. Price without discount would be £120 I paid £43ish. I would be so disappointed had I paid any more. The box is small. With the amount of blocks my child will still not be able to construct the image on the front.
Returns are at the cost of the buyer, I haven’t looked into this but I believe It’s an international shipping therefore won’t really be worth returning.
Very disappointing.

magnetic blocks
I recently ordered magnetic blocks in error. I kindly ask to retract the order within the 30 min period. I was contacted by click blocks and they made an offer to keep the order which I couldn’t refuse. We emailed back and forth a few times.
