Ordered off of Walmart and it came from Click Cart LLC - I guess they're a third party seller through walmart - but that wasn't the big issue, the main problem was that I ordered a Trasformer, paid a hefty price (63 before tax and shipping), and the box arrived extremely damaged as they only used a bubble mailer to send it instead of another box. It was a gift for my boyfriend who is a collector, so the quality of the box was extremely disappointing as it lowers the value of the transformer.

I order a black and gold bracelet from CartClick they said it brings good luck it's a SCAM and they charge me for Express Service $8.51 is 1 day service l received my bracelet 3 weeks l email CartClick no response the bracelet cost $39.00 dollars l was charge $51.00 dollars. I blocked CartClick from getting money off my credit card and out my checking account

I ordered a CastView for my TV. The product came and did not work. they stated they refunded me £49.00 from the £61.81. never received the £49.00 refund, and now I have had to open a chargeback with my credit card company to receive my refund. This will take weeks to resolve.

I ordered 3 CastView for my TVs for $101 USD. The items would not connect . I emailed CartClick for return information. It took 3 times to get a response, telling they had responded already. I never received the alledged previous response. I was told it had to return the items to the UK even though the return address for the shipment was California.

So let's review the return policy:

1) Shipping Charges for the original order are not refundedable.
2) There is $20% restocking fee.
3) The items have to be returned to the United Kingdom.

The cost to send ti the UK is approximately:

1) $85 using UPS
2) $50 using USPS

The return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

So the net refund for the $101 that I spent, after my return shipping costs, would be about $22.

Obviously the only reason for requirement to return products to the UK is to discourage returns due to the high cost of return shipping.

AVOID this company and their products

You don't get any confirmation of your order only saying Some items are on the way.
This is a fraudulent site. They take your money and send you stuff that don't work or isn't what they advertise. When you try to get a refund. They take their time getting back to you in the end they tell you to send the item to the UK with tracking at your expense, it would cost more than I paid to do that. It was originally sent from the states. Return address said from Chicago but the zip code was California per the post office.

They didn’t even send me an email to show my purchase.
I bought 3 heaters that doesn’t do as they say and may even be dangerous. Had to switch off as O felt quite sick and still very cold as the heaters did not warm the room and make you feel colder as there is very cold air coming from the heater. They want me to buy remote control for the same heaters but, these remote controls came with the heaters so, they wanted you to pay for something which wasn’t needed just to make extra money.
This is a scam and is very unsafe. People please be aware, do not trust them, they are very bad scammers. They take your money to enjoy their rich life and leave you to suffer.
I demand my money back and want them to payback my CREDIT CARD. I have to pay my heating bills, SCAMMERS, THIEVES and very dangerous. BE AWARE.

Like so many other reviews, this is a total scam. I wish I had looked into it earlier. $135.00 US down the drain. These items do not work at all. And like others have reported, trying to get a refund will cost you more than what you paid originaly. AirPlay BOX.

Do NOT order Castview from this company. Bogus product! And they make it difficult to return the product. Where do we report to Consumer agency for fraud? I want to do that more so for their fraudulent practices although it would be nice to get my $ back. I tried to get refund from credit card company and the said you have to TRY to get the company to give you refund first before they are able to intervene. I will be contacting my attorney because they are not honoring their terms and conditions. They are a UK based company but they ask you to return product using a traceable carrier & the cost to ship to the UK is more than the cost of the product. COMPLETE RIP OFF & Scam!

I paid for a TV streaming device named castview, claiming you get Disney, Netflix, paramount, etc for no subscription charges, but it is a lie. I got charged approximately $95 Australian dollars , Do not deal with this fraudulent mob

I purchased a Boost TV Antenna from Cart Click that was supposed to get my local tv channels plus many, many others. I got zero local and a bunch of channels that I have never heard of or seen before.
I have sent many emails trying to return this product and have received none, zero, zilch replies. I had 30 days to return the product which they wasted by not replying.
I will never buy another thing from this company.
Their advertising is false.

Air pressure motor is a bogus product. Car tyre does not get inflated instead motor burning smell makes you scary. Don't get cheated

tv boasts absolutely a waste of time and money just trash. Did not work at all on any of my 3 tv's.

Purchased 2 rings recently 1 at a reduced price I am an absolute idiot got stung twice.The quality of the rings is less than garbage they look like a small adjustable hose clamp with some kind of emblem on top which you can buy from a harware for about 50 cents but it would be better quality ,they come with a little card asking you to treat them with the respect they deserve,which i did as i passed a toilet,if these rings also have the power of karma...its back at ya Cart Click! From what I've read returning them is pointless so stay clear folks .

Items ship from US but if you need to return they want them shipped to United Kingdom which you cannot tell from website. Takes them 2 emails to get return address as the first request came back with same directions in packaging. Due to custom delays even if mailed back date of receipt probably won’t get there w/I timelines which I am sure they are counting on. Junk item doesn’t work. Would not recommend company or any of their products
