Do not trust the prices they advertise. I was trying to book a flight on Jetcost website, I was redirected to Click2book site and made a reservation and agree to their “terms and conditions,” which state that prices and availability are not guaranteed, soon receive a call from click2book agent claiming that the fare is no longer available. They offered a flight that are significantly more expensive— over triple the original price. If you choose to cancel, you’ll still be charged a penalty. This company is misleading and dishonest—avoid booking through them.

Scam scam scam...
Stay away from this site. They sent me a ticket with a carry-on but when I checked on the airline's app, there was no carry-on. They sent me an email saying they had added a checked bag, but it was false.

Very bad experience. The price displayed was 641$ and they told us that their is no tickets available so we have to pay the full price of the tickets 1300$ or pay them 150$ to cancel. A pur scam. Even my bank didn't accept the transaction with this company.

Booked a flight with Eva Air from Toronto to Bangkok. The price was too good too be true. A little over 1,000 I should of checked Trustpilot first. After booking the flight and paying for it. The site said waiting for airline to confirm price. I got a phone call telling me that the flight to Bangkok was confirmed however the return flight was stand by only and it was going to cost me another 900. Then they called me and asked if I could go on different dates and through United States. I said yes I could. They changed my flight from Eva Air to United Airlines and on different dates. The day after I booked going and the day before I booked coming home. That wasn't a really big deal. It cost me another 500 so the total ticket price was 1595.98 far more expensive than what I saw on other websites like Skyscanner, Momondo etc. They told me Eva Air was a partner of United Airlines. They actually blamed me and said to check my ticket carefully so I don't make another mistake. I told him the only mistake I made was clicking the click2book.ca link. There is no refund even though the flights you wanted are not available. It's like. TY for giving us the money for a flight that we don't have. Here's another flight for different days and times and with another airline. He made it sound like this was my first time booking online. He told me when ever I book online that I should call the company to verify it. I've booked multiple flights online with never any issues because it gets confirmed immediately. This is a bait and switch website. Plain and simple. If you read the other reviews. They will answer and say they apologize and they want more information from you to check it out. They know what they are doing. It's bait and switch. They have you by the short and curlies. You cannot get a refund or cancel the flight even though it's not what you paid for and the flight you wanted is not available. They make it look like a Canadian website but they are in the UK. I do not like travelling with North American airlines but I had absolutely no choice.

From Click2book to Cick2Scam!!!
1) You book your flight on their website.
2) You receive an email stating that the booking will depend on the airline!!!
3) Finally, a Click2book agent calls you back to ask for an additional fee, because your flight is not actually booked. But you can either keep it as is or pay the initial price with no guarantee of departure or return. What???
What a great way to do business. Why not quote the actual price from the outset?

The price offered was very attractive, and I purchased 3 EcoBudget tickets with Air Transat.
However, there was an issue with the return flight, and there were no more seats available. When I called to inquire, the agency told me it was no longer possible and that I was required to purchase tickets at a higher price, according to their conditions. I spent several hours discussing this, and finally, a supervisor told me that we would have the option to select our seats (not just 24 hours in advance) and a carry-on (not just a personal item).
In the end, I agreed, but I felt trapped.
When I received my reservation, I realized that I ended up with EcoBudget tickets round-trip, at a higher price than Air Transat.
I asked to speak with a supervisor. Someone called me back and told me that another supervisor would return my call within two days. However, no one ever contacted me. This lack of follow-through shows a lack of honesty and professionalism.
I don’t need to tell you that my experience with them has been more than disappointing. Their sales practices are misleading and in bad faith.
Edit on August 28, 2025
Based on your responses down below, which are almost identical to other comments, it is clear that you use the same strategy to attract customers.
You try to appear as acting in good faith, but you have my name, Martine Lachaine, listed as a passenger at the top of this file. We were three passengers, and the reservation was made on August 15.
I even sent an email to your customer service department and never received any reply. This complete lack of follow-up further demonstrates a disregard for customer concerns and a failure to provide the level of service expected from a reputable company.
It is obvious that you do not want to resolve this matter. Instead, you are taking advantage of people in a way that feels like extortion.

This company lure you in doing business with them by promoting good / cheap prices on flights. They are too good to be true. As soon as you provided the card info to make the payment, they call you back suggesting other options much more expensive saying that the initial inbound or outbound flight is not longer available.
You have no better option but agree with one suggested option which, you guessed, will be more expensive. If you try cancel booking, that will not be an option unless you may need to pay penalty fee.
There is a trap you can hardly avoid it.
Please stay away from this site if you want to not have headache. I cancelled my credit card, luckily they did not charged it right away.

TOTAL SCAM – STAY FAR AWAY
I purchased a ticket on click2book.ca for $780 CAD. Shortly after paying, I received a call claiming that my return flight had “no available seats” — unless I paid an extra $500 CAD. This turned out to be a complete lie. The airline was never involved; the story was fabricated by click2book.ca staff to squeeze more money out of me.
Their “support team” is impossible to reach except by phone, and you always end up with the exact same people in what sounds like an overseas call center. The only thing they repeat is that you must pay more. No real assistance, just pressure tactics.
And this isn’t just me:
Amaya (Canada): “They demanded $350 more to confirm my ticket after I’d already paid. I canceled my card before they could charge me again. Their 5-star reviews are fake.”
Michel Séguin (Canada): “I booked Montreal–Halifax, then got a call saying the flight ‘wasn’t available.’ They wanted $500 more for an upgrade or no guaranteed seat. I canceled my card immediately.”
The pattern is clear: bait customers with cheap fares, invent fake problems, then demand more money — preying on the fear of losing your trip.
Bottom line: Don’t risk it. Book directly with the airline or a trusted travel agency. Never give your credit card details to a shady site like this.

ORGANIZED SCAM – AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS
⭐☆☆☆☆
I booked a flight on click2book.ca for $780 CAD. After payment, people from the site called me to say that, for the return flight, *the airline had no more seats… unless I paid an additional $500 CAD. However, the airline was never involved – it was click2book.ca staff who made up this excuse.
The “customer service” is unreachable except by phone, and you always end up speaking with the same people, apparently in a call center in India, with a strong accent, who just keep repeating that you have to pay more. No solutions, only pressure.
And I am not an isolated case:
Amaya (CA): “They asked me for $350 more to confirm my seat after purchase. I canceled my card in time. This company is a scam, their positive reviews are fake.”
Michel Séguin(CA): “Bought a Montreal–Halifax flight, then got a call saying a flight wasn’t available. They demanded a \$500 ‘upgrade’ or no guaranteed return. Luckily, I canceled my card in time.”
These testimonials confirm a clear pattern: lure people in with low prices, then invent fake problems to force extra payments, exploiting the fear of losing the flight.
Conclusion:
Avoid this site at all costs. Book directly with airlines or through reputable agencies.
Never give your card information to such a platform.

I booked a plane ticket on this website because the price seemed reasonable ($304). After booking, they require you to wait for a call from an agent to “confirm” your ticket. When the agent called, she tried to charge me an additional $350 for my seat, claiming I had no choice but to accept since I couldn’t cancel or get a refund. Luckily, I had the good reflex to cancel my credit card immediately — they never got a single cent from me. This company is a scam and a fraud. Also, their reviews are fake.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

SCAM . Run away from this as fast as you can. They don't deserve even 1 star.

It’s a total SCAM. Stay away from it. Do not believe on those good reviews, they are clones. Their only interest is to get your money… in a dishonest way. They will try all they can to make you pay more than the price you see in their website. I have travelled many times and bought tickets with different companies before. Nothing was ever as bad as these. Please, STAY AWAY!!!!!!
