I recently travelled from London to Paphos, Cyprus with the help of PH Travel Ltd, and I just returned last night from an amazing holiday. I am truly grateful for the incredible support I received from the agency. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free from start to finish.

The transport from the airport to the hotel (and back) was perfectly organised and right on time. As someone who doesn’t travel often, I was a bit nervous at first, but everything went so smoothly that I could fully relax and enjoy the trip.

The hotel was fantastic and very comfortable for me and my child. A special thank you to Jack and Sadiq – you were both so helpful, trustworthy, and relatable. You really made this holiday easy and enjoyable for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I highly recommend PH Travel Ltd to anyone planning a trip – they’re truly professional and caring!

Excellent service. Very patient and knowledgeable. Took quite some to meet our numerous requirements, but they persevered. Looking forward to holiday.

The best AtoZ experience you will have holiday at your fingertips excellent customer service and knowledge of holiday packages they put together you can not beat there prices or any holiday apps , I’ve been on holidays for the past 30 years sometimes 3 times a year when I came across them I’ve never looked back at any other companies or compared them to others I know they are simply the best and cheapest as we all look for a bargain holiday, I now have my personal assistants there she’s called Kiara she’s an absolute gem she has been tailor making my holidays for the past 4 years she knows what I like and want , she gets me the best prices her knowledge is amazing she knows all the good places and best hotels she has excellent customer service skills and the personal touch every one is looking for so look no further and contact them for your next holiday and ask for Kiara you won’t regret it .. thank you Kiara for looking after me and my family and friends holidays…! you’re more like family to us now and we hope to meet you in person one day ..

We have just discovered 'Click a holiday'. An agent from the company -called Patrick- was very helpful, offering us several hotel possibilities. He answered every question we had kindly. Great service!

I booked my break away
I suffer with recent diagnosis of Psuedo Dementia.
Owing to my issues my break was cancelled.
I had amazing response and management with two individuals who did promote the whole team to help me with my refund
Both Jack & Sadiq to mention were really astounding !!!

Just wounding if anyone has booked this year and what review they would give?

Booked my holiday with Oliver , he organised it to what I wanted and has confirmed everything very swiftly

Booked a holiday as per their recommendation in Feb for Aug travel to Dominican Republic. Had conversations at various times during the above period to make payments. 10 days prior to departure was told they had booked a hotel 5hrs away from airport in error and offered us 2 alternative hotels with very poor reviews. Karl also suggested the hotel booking was our error, even though they provided the hotel and flights as a package and we were not familiar with the country. We rejected the 2 alternative hotels and was eventually offered a 3rd option which was no better. This caused us a huge amount of stress and anxiety on the run up to our holiday as majority of hotels were already booked up. We felt the company did little to assist and didnt provide us with a suitable alternative or compensate us in anyway, for their error. basically they did nothing. This completely ruined our holiday. Service is always hilightend when there's issues, depending on how the company deal with the issue. In our case they did nothing except the bear minimum. Appalling service and I will never use them again. I will also make sure all friends and family stay well away from this company.

I would like to highlight a member of the Team Sam Watson who went above and beyond to help arrange the perfect all inclusive 5star holiday for me! His time efforts and patience had not gone unnoticed I would recommend Sam to anyone trying to book the perfect holiday with the best deal and Customer service! ... An asset to your Team /company ALL STAR 🌟

Philip talked us through options, was very clear and very patient. Sorted the additional requirements we had easily and quickly.
The whole process was very simple, efficient and extremely polite.

The booking process was fairly straightforward, we confirmed the details via email and completed payment. We received a call 30 minutes later to say the hotel was no longer available. We were offered different dates, or 2 alternative hotels, in different resorts. None of the options suited, and we had to change work and family commitments to accept the date change.A refund was not given as an option.

Gary was amazingly patient with me as we had 4 adults to please with hotels flights and prices to please thank you so much
