I wanted to order one tyre for my bmw 3 series, as i had farroad in my car, but i changed my tyre while i had a flat before, so the mobile tyre guy swapped to a normal tyre. My purchase was lost by DHL, who couldn’t help me at all, so I got in touch with Click and Go, I received a call from them, a full explanation about what happened, sincere apologies and as a token of goodwill they sent me out a more expensive pair of tyres that arrived the very next day.
