Le module de réservations ne fonctionne plus dès la première semaine de l achat . Support el ligne absent. Blocage de module non justifié pas de téléphone pour les appeler .
Conséquence : perte de réservation perte des clients , clients m à Apple tout le temps pour signaler les problèmes et leur support en ligne absence . Produit deconceseiller

On va rectifier factuellement : votre accès n’a pas été “bloqué sans justification”. Il a été désactivé suite à votre demande de résiliation. Cette résiliation est intervenue pendant la période d’essai et, conformément à votre demande, on a procédé au remboursement et à l’arrêt de l’abonnement.
Concernant le “module qui ne fonctionne pas”, malgré vos plaintes, vous ne nous avez jamais décrit précisément ce qui ne fonctionnait pas (page, étape, message d’erreur, capture, URL), ce qui empêche toute correction concrète.
Enfin, il y a une incohérence : ici vous indiquez une perte de clients / réservations, alors que dans votre autre avis vous dites ne pas avoir encore commencé à travailler. On vous invite à clarifier et à corriger vos propos si nécessaire.
Pour rappel, le support répond sous 24h ouvrées (en semaine) et une personne est dédiée au support. Si vous souhaitez une reprise du dossier, il faut des éléments techniques exploitables (captures, étapes, email du compte).

Ne pas déranger trop tôt
Attention : ne commandez pas votre taxi trop tôt (05h30) et surtout évitez des trajets non rentables (Satigny - Aéroport) car vous essuirerez un refus.

Je fais la simulation de mon domicile à l’aéroport en rentrant l’heure exacte de prise en charge. Je valide avec le chauffeur.

Je demande des explications au chauffeur « tarif de nuit madame » 🤡
Moi qui voulait boycott l’appli Uber, on va y revenir !
