Good communication and understanding from Isaiah.

I signed up with ClickMagick and I requested that my free trial be extended for another 14 days. The associate at ClickMagick replied back to me within a few hours. I am certainly appreciative of this kind prompt support, since I am new to using ClickMagick. I would like to send my thanks out to their support staff once again.

The Click Magick support team is exceptional. I've emailed a few times asking for help or clarification (easily confused, non-techy type here) and each time they managed to give me step by step solutions to my problem in the simplest way. I've heard great things about CM and they still have over delivered around the board. Very happy, thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication.

I had a somewhat complex setup with multiple funnels, upsells, order bumps & backend offers.
No idea on how to structure this in a clean way. I reached out to Isaiah, and he actually helped me with super precise instructions.

Best tracking platform, all the details I need for my campaigns in an easy to follow dashboard. The support is second to none, fast and accurate response all the time.

Sagar always responds quickly and to the point, but he outdid himself tonight, being available in the wee hours EST, and responding in less than ten minutes. He makes confusing issues clear and has just the kindest, best attitude.

Love ClickMagick. In my personal experience having worked with a lot of tools for attribution this is the most easy, clean and transparent of them all.

Candidly the ClickMagick mobile app is extremely poor and mobile is the easiest way to capture screenshots of issues.... asking for screenshots when you have a terrible mobile app is a disaster. 3 of 10 on that one. but otherwise amazing.

The service is already wonderful and highly effective for tracking sales for affiliate businesses, but what impressed me the most was the platform's support. They are extremely helpful and hands-on in addressing user questions and resolving any issues. A perfect 10 out of 10!

The person that responded did not spend enough time initially looking at the problem I described. Instead, I had to contact the seller platform and they were able to show me how to set up for Clickmagick. Then, the Clickmagick support person looked and acknowleged that the instructions were incorrect in the Knowledge Base article.
