Training Day Traders @ Nexgen Software Services- we have trained day traders during the day using Click Meeting for over 5 years. The built-in tools for sharing Powerpoints, playing YouTube videos are wonderful. The only negative is that if we use the recording feature to record the class, the video is only in 720 (NOT HD) and shows up quite blurry on YouTube. This feature REALLY needs to be upgraded to at least 1080. Other than that one small thing, Click Meeting is worth every penny and provides a very stable and secure environment for our day trading classes.

Easy (self-service) but advanced platform with many useful features like survey, call-to-action, full automation option :-) . To be honest, I see also things to improvement like invitation in many languages customized just in particular event not in the user profile

ClickMeeting is the best webinar platform I've ever used. Setting a meeting in there is really easy and I love all the options like Q&A mode or preparing the room, switching between presentations, recording and uploading webinars on YT.

Click meeting is awful
Click meeting is awful. The product is NOT user friendly and neither is their service. You can not actually call them and talk to anyone. My participants had video/mic problems on every session. It was AWFUL. Stay away!!!

If there are any issues with enabling audio and video on the user side during the test, the system will provide the user with the AV troubleshooting manual which will help them to define and resolve the experienced issue. No way to downgrade
Sales process is designed to keep client paying as much as possible with no flexibility. When you order a plan, let's say for 300 participants and then you scale down your events, you can't scale down your payment plan. You can *somehow* freeze it, but you can't stop it. the only way is to cancel and delete the account with all the data. But when you unfreeze the subscription, you are not allowed to choose the plan size. That's a jerk move. "Just pay us as you started". of course you CAN upgrade, but can't downgrade and there's no monthly reminders that payment is due. Just pay us. A typical polish money-sucking approach to business, arrivederci!

Memorable experiences, not boring live appearances
If you understand you need to create an experience online, then the only solution I found is Clickmeeting. And I looked into 76 solutions.
