Absolute recommendation!

The tiles look amazing & were super easy to install (despite our wonky old walls), especially with the tutorials for each single step on the homepage. The delivery was also super fast. Would definitely recommend!

nice tiles, bad customer service

The tiles are beautiful. Unfortunately, the customer service isn't. There was no response to a complaint about a missing shipment and another damaged shipment. The replacement delivery via courier cost an extra €20 and arrived after five days – a regular delivery would have taken just as long. There was no response to this either. Unfortunately, not recommended due to the unavailable customer service.

I’m really happy to hear that you’ve had a good experience with Click’n Tile product, but I’m truly sorry to hear about your issues with our customer service. I genuinely try to do my best and learn from the mistakes we make.

The original issue—where you entered a DHL pick-up point for delivery—has now been addressed, as we’ve made it clear that we use GLS for shipping.

I also wasn’t aware (forgot) of your complaint regarding damaged products, but I’ll be following up with you via email shortly to get it resolved.

Great Experience

The webpage is easy to navigate, the delivery was quick and the tiles were easy to install. We went with the tape option and it worked great.

I’m super happy with the delivery…

I’m super happy with the delivery (extremely fast!), mounting and the tiles itself. If I hadn’t already done my kitchen now, I’d most definitely choose clickntiles again! Super happy with the customer service as well, very quick response!

Love it, absolute recommendation from me

This purchase was a great decision. We'd hemmed and hawed for way longer than we should have about getting someone professional to install backsplash tiles but the prices we were quoted were way out of budget. This is a great looking, much more cost effective alternative that I can change when I get bored of it! Was a shockingly easy installation, the videos are really easy to understand and only show exactly what you need to know with no tedious blah blah.

High quality product and fast delivery to NL

I ordered six samples and the delivery was super fast from Denmark to The Netherlands. The tiles have beautiful colors and you feel this is a high quality product. Super happy with it and now I only have to figure out which colors I want for my kitchen!

Best option if you rent your place or just like to change your style once in a while.

We really love this product. Easy to work with. It took us a little bit more than an hour to prepare everything and finish our backsplash. Now we have to wait and see how durable they are. But they really look beautiful. Would buy it again.
