Josh spoke to our website designers and delivered exactly what he said he would - Page 1 of Google for a large number of topic searches. We are a physio clinic and it helped move us a long way up on the google searches, importantly without the need for paid ads. It improved us organically.. It was done on time , with minimal fuss. Clearly they know what they are doing as they achieved their promises - I would highly recommend them and Josh is very impressive.

After being with an agency for quite a while and with no progress I approached an 'expert' SEO company and all sounded very good. However, with no results with them, I spent a great of time researching what do to next and who to ask for help.

I came across ClickSlice and had a chat with Josh.

He sent me a very detailed report showing where the previous people had been going wrong and how ClickSlice would be able to rectify the problems with my website.

I have seven main categories with seven main search phrases. At the time of my talk with ClickSlice, none of the seven main search phrases were in the top 100.

He seemed very convincing and I agreed to a three-month initial contract with them. To ensure we were not targeting too much I agreed that we would only concentrate on four key phrases. With the previous agency, I had asked them to target all seven.

The cost would be £6,000 per month, £18,000 in total, to target four key phrases.

There were lots of people involved during the campaign which seemed a little daunting. Maybe the wider expertise would be an asset.

After about 6 weeks I noticed there was no movement at all on the search phrases. I know that search results take a long time but to see NO movement at all in the top 100 was worrying. I sent an email to ClickSlice and received an answer - the main thing is that answering my worries and queries takes time and it would be best not to bother them and ask questions during the campaign (??)

We are a small family business, my son, my wife, myself and two salespeople. £18,000 is a fortune to us and to be told not to bother them during the campaign was surprising - to say the least.

At the end of the three months, there had been NO progress, none of the four (just 4) keyphrases were in the top 100.

There was a misunderstanding (??) about the three months initial contract and I was sent a bill for the fourth month which was disappointing, to say the least.

After paying £18,000 for optimising 4 key phrases and none in the top 100, even after saying they knew why my site was not ranking, I can not recommend ClickSlice at all.

In answer to Clickslice stating they had increased my organic clicks by 19% - this does not appear to be the case when you look on Google's Webmaster Console which has the actual amount of clicks received.

May 15th to June 15th we had 10.6K organic clicks
June 16th to July 15th we had 8.42K organic clicks
July 16th to August 15th we had 7.85K organic clicks
August 16th to September 15th we had 8.2K organic clicks
September 16th to October 15th we had 7.63K organic clicks

Clickslice campaign started on 19th June (date of on boarding meeting) and ran for three months - 19th September.
Over that period the number of organic clicks dropped and did not increase. Like wise impressions fell as well.

I have to say that I disagree with Clickslice's reply and just accept that they were not able to meet my expectations and put it down to experience. It appears I was the unlucky one.

Also, I am unable to access any of my reports from Clickslice.
