efficient great and swift, for my case needed a sofa moved and on the same day of agreement it was done before the time set.

Clicktrans helps me to find a cheap option to transport my car from Austria to Bulgaria.
Instead of 1000 Euro i have paid 800 Euro. And this was only possible because of Clicktrans.

Also when i had questions about the transport company, i get a soon answer from Clicktrans.

The service was excellent! The staff working there are very friendly and helpful, and the shipment was handled precisely and efficiently. Roksana, the transport agent, went above and beyond to help me with the language barrier and even contacted the mattress company I was buying the mattress from on my behalf to schedule the delivery and handle all the intermediate communication.

After accepting the quote, they put me in touch with the carrier, a man named Rosario. He hasn't been able to complete the service for over a month, and I've been waiting a month for a refund of €730. Don't trust him, he's got zero professionalism and zero honesty.

Be careful making commitments. You will receive quotations but their system allows quotations to be withdrawn at any time. I enquired about shipping a TV, got a quotation, ordered the TV, went to accept the quotation, but it had already been withdrawn despite the fact that I had detailed chats with the transport company, with them telling me they could collect anyday, they were waiting for me, so on and so forth. Essentially useless.

It was a very good experience. I needed to move some books and I got an offer very fast and the company was very professional. Everything went smooth.
