Arrived at Florence Airport with a 'confirmed' booking. No taxi. Rang thee London number on the confirmation sheet. Man said he would contact the company in Florence and call me back. He didn't. Rang again some 20 minutes later and the number would not accept calls. Eventually got a local taxi which cost more than the quoted price. Driver said he had never heard of Click Airport Transfers. Had I have paid in advance, the solids would have collided with the air conditioning. IF THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS DO NOT USE.

Arrived in Zante looking for a driver holding up card with our names on it - obviously no one there as they have gone bust. Was informed of this by Resort Hoppa who advised us to get a taxi - total con

I run an airport transfer company in the Alps. We provided private trtansfers for this company and no invoices were paid.

Click transfers took a booking and the money for a 7 Seater but when group arrived at Alicante airport the rep tells you they will not take you as Click Transfers have gone bust. Party of seven including three very young children left to queue for a taxi in the early hours oh and had the huge expense of getting two taxis. They do not reply to calls and if you email you finally get confirmation that they have ceased trading.

Just arrived in Portugal to be told that this company has gone bust. The Green desk could not help at all so we had to jump into a taxi to our destination. Not happy at all but will try and enjoy our holiday.

How can these people get away with this? We had to pay €300 for transfers, anyone heard of Phileas fogg? They are supposed to be connected to clicktransfers,they even thanked us for the payment, so upset and angry!!!!!!!!! Don't reserve one star

Yes didn't even have the bloody courtesy to email text whatever to let people know that there taxi wouldn't be there hope they all rot in hell!!

This firm have gone bust but is not letting it's customers know unless you contact them to query your booking

Booked with this company months in advance for return transfers from Larnaca to our resort. Upon landing at Larnaca and locating the local rep who is contracted to click transfer, we were told that our voucher was not valid and they had stopped taking bookings from click transfer since May 2016. They left me and my elderly mum stranded at the airport. Thankfully we were meeting up with family, who were also in the same situation and we shared a Taxi to the resort. Total and utter shower of bandits. They are still taking booking at the moment, but don't expect your taxi to be waiting. Please book with someone else

This company accepts bookings then does not pay their suppliers who will ultimately refuse to provide you with the service. You WILL have to pay again at resort.

Look into the company - it is run from a virtual office and the director has MANY companies also run from virtual offices.

This is a cash collecting scam if ever I've seen one.

Paid my money to this shower of robbing bandits a month before my holiday to Crete. Got a text from local cab firm on the day I travelled saying they have not been paid by Clicktravel so can't pick me up at airport. Clicktravel not answering calls or emails so had to pay cabs to & from airport. Back from hols now, still no response from Clicktransfer but website still up & taking bookings. DO NOT BOOK, you will lose your money & be stuck with no transfer. RAGING !!!

I booked transfers from Fuerteventura airport to Corralejo in July. Read on a website that people had been left stranded with no pick ups so booked another transfer two days before our holiday on 12th August. Surprise, surprise, no-one there from click to meet us but at least other transfer was (viva transfers). When got to accommodation tried phoning emergency number and it just rang out). Out of curiosity I phoned again to confirm pick up for return journey and again no reply. BEWARE THEY ARE STILL TAKING BOOKINGS ON INTERNET.

We have used 'click transfers' several times now. In Fuerteventura and Portugal (Faro to Albufeira ) this year alone. Our last trip to and from the airport in Faro was excellent. Driver waiting for us to and from the airport. Nice car, lovely chap driving and so helpful. We are just about to book again for our holiday transfer to and from the airport At Faro in October, and Fuerteventura in November.

Booked and paid in May when online reviews were good - On Holiday in Majorca last week Contacted the local agent to confirm my pick up and they said they would not collect us as they had not been paid by Click Transfers, advised us to get a taxi quickly - Click Transfers not answering the phone or replying to emails - we were stranded the other side of the island with 3 kids, 2 suitcases and a double buggy - had to pay 80 Euros for a taxi - These are conmen who have taken our money and NOT paid the local taxi companies AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not book with click transfers they have gone bust. We where left stranded at Barcelona airport, the bus company just looked at our booking and said no !
They had stopped dealing with them 2 months ago over non payment. They have no phone line to contact anyone.
Avoid at call costs.

We arrived in Cyprus and found the Mantovani Plotin travel stand as it stated on our transfer documents. We started speaking to the woman who couldn't believe we'd actually been sold a transfer only a few days earlier and the "company doesn't exist anymore". She explained that clicktransfers shouldn't be using their name anymore and she would be getting on to the company to complain herself. I tried to ring the helpline, only for it to say that lines were busy, email them and then the call cuts out. When you do email them there's a generic reply saying they'll try to get back to out within 2 business days.
All I can say is do not use these if you actually want to be picked up from the airport. Luckily, we had got this transfer quite cheap and a taxi was only €25, still leaves us having to sort out a return transfer on our holiday though.
Would not recommend!

I booked and prepaid for return private transfers from corfu to sidari. We landed at 22.50 with 2 children and lo and behold there was nobody to met us. TWO HOURS it took us to get in touch with the local supplier who said they no longer work with click transfer as they have terrible payment records and are really charlatans. I ended up paying double the price due to demand. I am also disabled and to be perfectly honest the extra 2 hours of stress, walking with my stick after12 hours of travel etc has left me in a terrible state and out of pocket by €180. That had to come from my spending budget. Maybe click transfers can explain to my kids why they won't be getting any days out this holiday!? I have emailed, called and tweeted and am disgusted that I have had no response or refund. SHAME ON YOU CLICK TRANSFERS!

Arrived in Turkey hot and bothered. Met by driver holding a sign with name, offered us cold bottled water and ice creams !! Excellent would book again.
