Task management becomes easy and…

Task management becomes easy and productive.There's one thing I feel that lacks is in many aspects data is not being generated/considered for dashboard for example : when there are multiple assignees or subtasks etc. Also haven't yet explorede feature of creating epic , story or main task and subtasks for a big feature yet just worked with simple independent tasks

Essential Tool for Agency Operations and Client Management

I've been using ClickUp professionally for 2+ years as a consultant, implementing it for multiple agencies and businesses. It's become my go-to platform for building complex workflows and client management systems.

What stands out:
- Incredible flexibility for custom workflows and dashboards
- Native automation capabilities that replace multiple tools
- Ability to structure workspaces for different team sizes and industries
- The dashboard features give teams real-time visibility they've never had before

I've successfully deployed ClickUp for an SEO agency managing 20+ client projects (9-person team) and an outbound sales agency needing workflow restructuring. In both cases, the platform handled complex requirements without breaking.

The learning curve is real - it's a powerful tool, which means it takes time to master. But once you understand the system, you can build almost anything.

As someone who's built workspaces using custom field configurations, and multi-level automation, I can confidently say ClickUp delivers for teams serious about consolidating their operations.

NO PHONE SUPPORT: Do not use for enterprise level critical capabilities

What do you like best about ClickUp?
The feature set is comprehensive and the automation capabilities are powerful. When it's working, ClickUp handles task management, client tracking, and lead management well. The flexibility of custom fields and views is genuinely useful for complex workflows.
What do you dislike about ClickUp?
The complete lack of phone support is a major liability for any business relying on ClickUp for critical operations. You're limited to email-only support, and even then, response times can be extremely slow or nonexistent.
We experienced a billing issue where our account was shut down without any meaningful attempt to resolve the situation. Despite reaching out proactively to arrange payment and work out a solution, our emails went completely unanswered. Our account was shut down anyway, causing us to lose thousands of dollars in revenue since we use ClickUp for all customer and lead acquisition processes.
What's particularly frustrating is receiving automated messages saying "we're here to help" and asking about "extenuating circumstances," but then having those inquiries ignored entirely.
What problems is ClickUp solving and how is that benefiting you?
When accessible, ClickUp centralizes our customer management, lead tracking, and team workflows. However, the support issues significantly undermine these benefits.
Recommendations to others considering ClickUp:
If you're considering ClickUp for business-critical operations, be aware:

There is NO phone support, only email
Even for paying customers, support response times can be unreliable
Enterprise/business accounts don't appear to receive priority support
If your account has issues, you may lose access to critical business data with little warning or recourse

If you need responsive customer support or your business can't afford downtime, I'd strongly recommend considering alternatives like Monday.com, Asana, or other platforms that offer phone support for business accounts.
