I first heard about Russ' program 4 years before I joined. I did a free clarity call and a seed was planted that I could take my brick and mortar business online, turn it into a group and be present for my kids, in a new way. Next thing I knew, I was victim of a domestic violence situation with my ex husband. I left my brick and mortar business, my home and was living in a shelter with my two kids. Whew. I had to start over from scratch with nothing.

4 years later, an investor offered to pay for me to take the course, for a percentage of profits of my first two years of business.

I had NEVER forgotten about COD and planned to do it when I had ___ amount in savings, ___ amount stability, etc. I felt it was meant to be when the investor approached me.

COD is like drinking water from a firehose. It's intense! But, it gives you all the information and support you need to create a funnel. The curriculum is amazing. The people who run it are caring and supportive and absolute experts. You have support in selling, mindset, ads, and any other curriculum questions that might arise.

Now, if you need support after completion, they have an included alumni facebook group and also paid backend programs for selling and continuous training, accountability and support.

I was shocked how little I knew about selling. They give you training in COD - AMAZING world class training - truly. But, for me, I had mindset blocks I didn't even know existed. Also, keep in mind that you do need ad money to get started, so prepare for that.

I enrolled in August. Finished in October. Did ads for a quick minute in November. Redid my webinar in December. Started ads again at the end of January. had to conquer my mindset about enrolling high ticket clients and then was going.

I am someone who is an EXPERT in my field, but has little to no experience with business and online processes. It will be almost a year since I joined. It's July now. I have a working funnel. New potential clients just show up on my calendar, like clockwork. I enroll 25-35% of my break through calls. I've had a couple 20k months and a clear plan to 60k +. More importantly, I have gotten to help so many people. People thanking me for my training, telling me I have changed their lives for the better. <3 The people in my program are getting amazing results.

I had initially thought about this business in terms of helping me and my own family. With the platform created through my funnel, I have influence to truly change my field in a positive way. And I'm excited for the opportunity to do this. I could truly help a lot of people. To be that vehicle is a gift.

This has been a lot of hard work and long hours. And it's not over. Truly, it's been grueling. Everyone's journey is a bit different, but I'm not alone in having hiccups to work through. I think a lot depends on your previous experience current following, etc. Also, how difficult it is to convert your curriculum from in person 1:1 to online group. I struggled with this immensely, knowing it had to be effective.

I almost want to come back here and update another year out because I think that's when I'm really going to see the results in terms of life balance, time with my kids, etc.

I had periods where I was resentful of COD because I thought I'd see progress more quickly than I have. But, my future now is so different. I hear 30k a month and know it's doable. I will probably make that much this month. I hear 20k a month and think it is low.

Does COD deliver? Absolutely. I wasn't sure if it was going to be a scam. But, it was sooooo much more than I could have imagined.

Did I think I was going to see results more quickly than I have? Yes, I did.

(3) The quality of the learning community also blew me away. I’m not a huge fan of social media, but this is high-quality Facebook.

The price concerned me but I have to say the program was everything I could ask for and really set me up for success with coaches that brought the best out in every part, from marketing wording to Facebook ads and even mindset (which is huge!).

It does require some hard thinking but once you get something down they really help refine it.

I assumed when I signed up that the price of this program reflected the quality of the advice and mindset support. If that's all this program offered, I'd be satisfied. What I did not expect, and was blown away by, is the technical support provided in the Done For You process. There is no way that I'd be able to do this on my own. This has been the best investment I've ever made in my business.

I am a 24 hour 'click to client' for Russ and his team. By his certainty, I made the call, had my breakthrough and signed up for the ride of my life!!
