I cannot say enough good things about Paige Dumpleton. After a recommendation from a friend I contacted Paige seeking a bridging loan. Paige secured an offer at a far better rate than I had been offered with other brokers. She then kept everything moving, chasing everyone up and keeping me updated until the monies landed in my account. I will confidently recommend Paige to anyone and will definitely be using Paige again in the future.

Our broker Darcie was amazing ! She managed to find a way to help my parter and I buy the flat of our dreams in very complicated circumstances. After a slightly rocky start with difficulties in securing an expat mortgage in the end the perseverance of Clifton paid off and I secured the mortgage I needed. The process took time but we got there in the end. Only criticism was not being informed of the difficulties at the beginning, I am sure they did not want to worry me but I would have preferred to know.
