I came for an upper eyelid surgery and breast augmentation. I really liked everything. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Whenever you have questions, it’s enough to send a message and you immediately receive all the necessary answers.

The surgeries themselves went perfectly. I would especially like to thank Dr. Cem — he even exceeded my expectations. The results turned out better than I had planned or hoped for. He gave great advice and truly cared about me during the healing process. I couldn’t have chosen a better doctor. I am very satisfied and incredibly grateful to him for everything 🙏

I would also like to mention Melike. She was with me throughout the entire journey and organized everything for me. She helped whenever things felt difficult, always took care of me, and accompanied me everywhere. Whenever needed, she reassured and calmed me.

My experience with Clinica was truly great. Everything was well organised from the moment I arrived in Turkey. The hospital staff took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable and well looked after. The hotel was cosy with a beautiful view, which made the recovery period much easier and more relaxing

Everything was perfect 👌 an special the girl who organized and help me with all the information,every time there for answers, with the dr also amazing experience, funny and motivating, the only thing what I didn't like it and I saw unnecessary is the nurse who come to "control " us in the hotel after surgery,she doesn't check anything, come in the room ,take a photo and went back,she spend maximum 30 sec ,and also her program was outside of plan ,the appointment was at 6pm she s there 12pm ,but at all ,without this the experience was great and I will recommend you with pleasure 👌🤗

i chose clineca health because an influencer i follow also went with them for a breast augmentation, ive wanted this surgery for 8 years and have had multiple consultations with different clinics in the uk and other countries, i eventually chose to come to clineca because i’d heard amazing things about Dr Erkan Pinegöz, i am honestly so impressed by the results. he was so kind and informative through the whole process, he eased my nerves a lot and he clearly has extensive expertise in his field. i’m 100% certain i made the right decision and he did an incredible job, honestly life changing. im currently 2 weeks post op and my underboob scars are almost invisible which i was shocked about. all of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, my coordinator Bihter was so lovely and would reply instantly if i ever had any questions or concerns, all of the nurses were attentive and caring, despite the slight language barrier. the hotel was gorgeous and very clean. overall id rate the experience 10/10, the only thing i will say is that the pain medication they give you once you leave the hospital is very weak, i don’t think this is avoidable but by day 4 the pain massively subsided for me, aside from that my experience was perfect. if i ever want any more cosmetic surgery i will 100% be going back to Dr Erkan🫶

I had a great experience with Clineca. The daily contact was excellent and the shuttle service to the hotel, airport and hospital was perfectly organized. Any questions you have answered promptly and they truly make you feel reassured throughout the entire process. Everyday, a nurse visits to check on you and assist with aftercare. I felt verry well supported and cared for. Highly recommended. Especially thanks to the best doctor Salim iskender en Duygu his assistent❤️❤️

My co ordinatior was a absolute delight to work with, she helped me every step of the way, my needs and concerns and questions were answered very pleasantly and very quickly. My hospital room was very comfortable. However I feel the staff at the hospital could've been slightly more patient , I feel that stronger pain relief could've also been administered after the procedure as paracetamol does not cut it. The hotel clineca booked us into , the hilton, was absolutely stunning, and the transport was very clean and always on time. My surgeon was very kind and understanding, im absolutely over the moon with my new nose and the work that everyone put in to make this achievable.

I had a great experience with Clineca getting rhinoplasty. I was very nervous about the process leading up to surgery, but once I got there everything just ran so smoothly that I really had little to worry about. Everything was organised and on time, and the staff caring for you make you feel so at ease and reassured. I had a lot of questions and every single one was answered in detail and always helpful. I can’t think of anything to improve my experience in all areas.

My surgery all went smoothly, I felt heard during my consultation with my surgeon and was relieved that my results would be tailored to me and my face, as I did want a natural result. I was so happy during cast off day with my results, despite still being swollen!

Aftercare was also great, I was regularly checked in with and was given a lot of information to help me with my recovery.

Clineca is an expert clinic in both the surgeons expertise as well as the wraparound care, from coordinators to nurses. Everyone applies the highest standard of care, discretion and professionalism, making the patient the centre of attention. The trust and camaraderie I’ve gained will certainly make me return for other procedures in the future. Clineca is exemplary where highest medical expertise meet customer care and experience.

It has been 2 weeks since I had my rhinoplasty and it’s the best decision I’ve made, one that I wish I had done earlier as my mind and body are no longer at war and at peace in harmony.

Firstly, I couldn’t recommend Dr. Hakan enough, from beginning to end he was attentive. Throughout the consultation, he listened and took his time in explaining what would happen, we found a middle ground on what my nose would look like and I’m happy I followed his advice. He was also there just before the surgery at the hospital. Thankfully, my recovery was smooth, I bruised and swelled for the first 4/5 days but following their advice and taking the prescribed routine medication Clineca provides I am good as new.

I was also assigned a patient coordinator, Bihter who was literally available at any time of the day and evening! Her dedication is an absolute asset to any company and Clineca Health are very lucky to have her, she’s knowledgeable, approachable and kind.

Moreover, from the very beginning of my initial conversation with Clineca I felt completely attended for by Enes, who was patient whilst I made my decision to go through with my rhinoplasty.

My key advice is I would recommend you to take someone supportive, naturally caring, instinctive and that you trust with you throughout this vulnerable journey as not all staff in the hospital speak English. So assistance with care, translation and medication is needed during those first initial post op crucial moments.

Overall, I would recommend Clineca as they literally cover all aspects of your journey in IST and Dr Hakan to anybody looking to do rhinoplasty, you’ll be in good hands.
