Service 1A+, an absolutely premium experience in every sense. Clineca team took care of every small detail during the whole process: the preparation, consultations, professional advice, absolute transparency regarding costs, transportation, daily agenda program, arrangements, etc. Ahu was a specially great coordinator since she even offered everything I needed in German. I am overall happy with my result so far, which is the most important thing for me. The hotel was good and the general service was also good, and communication in English was clear.
However, there were some disappointing points. Before the operation, I was promised that I would receive a simulation and see the implants beforehand, but this never happened. This was something I expected and felt was important before undergoing surgery.
The taxi transportation was luxurious and comfortable, which was positive. However, the ride had to be shared with other people, which I did not expect at all especially considering how much we paid for the transport. Another downside was that we were dropped off at the airport very early (5 hours to early). Despite paying a high price for transportation, we were not allowed to choose our own departure time to the airport.
In summary, I am satisfied with my results and the hotel and service, but the lack of pre-operation simulation and the transportation arrangements did not meet my expectations.

Rhinoplasty and breast augmentation
I’ve come from England to have breast augmentation and rhinoplasty with Clineca.
The service has been great from start to finish, the communication was very clear on WhatsApp with follow up emails.
My co ordination Milika was lovely and very kind and caring.
My surgeon Dr Hakan Aktas was very honest and managed my expectations before the surgery and checked in after.
The hospital was very clean and I had my own room with bathroom.
The hotel was nice and quiet and the nurses were attentive and did daily check ins on me and kept in contact with the surgeon as I was in a lot of pain and they helped to try and manage this.
Overall I’d highly recommend the service and it’s peace of mind having a package deal and not having to arrange things separately.

Breast lift and implants
I had a breast lift and implants with Clineca on December 3rd, I am so happy with everything from the patient support, fluency in my language (English), transfers, consultation and post operative care.
I had my surgery with Dr Okurn and during the consultation he made me feel comfortable and settled my nerves. I felt very informed and educated on what was best for my body and waited for my surgery with no nerves just excitement.
After surgery I was cared for by the hospital nurses, they were very helpful and took good care of me, ensuring my pain medication was topped up.
When I got back to the hotel, the nurses came to visit me everyday and on post op day 2 I was in a lot of pain. All I had to do was message my patient care team and the next day the nurse came with some stronger pain relief which was amazing.
I have been following all after care advice from my surgeon and I am feeling back to myself now. I am so happy with my result! I can’t wait to see them fully healed! I would 100% recommend Clienca to anyone.

I flew all the way from California for…
I flew all the way from California for a breast lift and augmentation, and honestly, it was worth every mile.
Traveling to a foreign country for surgery can feel scary, but after seeing his before-and-after photos, I knew he was the surgeon I trusted. For me, it wasn’t even about saving money…though it is much more affordable than the U.S….it was about the QUALITY of his work, and he absolutely delivered.
His team made everything so smooth. They picked me up from the airport, brought me to all my appointments, and arranged a hotel with great amenities and plenty of food options nearby. I never felt lost or unsupported.
I do recommend watching some videos online for things to bring to be prepared but overall they handled most things.
I am only a few days post-op and already so happy with my results.
I will 1000% be recommending Dr. Orkun to anyone considering getting work done.

Just returned home after one week in Istanbul for my breast surgery with Clineca, and honestly, it was a 10/10 experience from start to finish.
From booking the surgery and receiving guidance and advice, to the smooth transfers, beautiful hotel, outstanding care from every single staff member, and my incredible results — everything exceeded my expectations. My surgeon was truly amazing.
I’ve worked in healthcare for over 10 years, and I was genuinely impressed with the level of care provided in the hospital by both the nurses and doctors. Everything was immaculate and extremely professional.
The aftercare was equally outstanding. The nurses who visited me daily post-op at the hotel were wonderful — very knowledgeable, gentle, and patient.
Most importantly, this experience has genuinely been life-changing for me. My confidence has been completely transformed, and I’m beyond grateful for the care and results I’ve received.
