Use another company - any other company

I’ve given it 1 star as you can’t actually give zero stars

I ordered online - there was no link to provide the photos they requested

Another link was sent which didn’t work, so another link was sent which did work

By the time anyone reviewed the images the payment had expired so I remade payment - which they then said they couldn’t see (despite proof it had left my bank) - and requested payment AGAIN

By now 11 days has passed since the original order and they can’t even work out if I have ordered!

I have now asked to cancel everything with them so have just wasted 12 days for no benefit

It’s clearly not Morrisons and just outsourced to a company that don’t know what they’re doing. There are lots of similar reviews. Don’t bother. Pay a bit extra and go somewhere else

Absolute rubbish service

Absolute rubbish service. I ordered my weight loss medication and it’s taking forever for them to send it over. They request things that no other company wants. I only used them for the referral discount and will not be returning

Avoid

Avoid, obfuscated every call about faulty unsafe Mounjaro pen.No accountability if customer has received an order where pen becomes stuck, followed every advice and still they pushed back on exploring what went wrong or properly raising a complaint with manufacturer. Treated as if I was trying to scam them.

Worst service, no product, glib AI 'support'.

Worst service.

Took 300 pounds, then just pretended i didn't exist. Weeks pass...

No products, no emails, no calls. AI when you contact them, and then they chase you for feedback...

In process of charge back with my bank.

Do not use them - they just get money to hurt your health. They should be stripped of the ability to deal in prescription products.

I do not recommend buying anything from…

I do not recommend buying anything from this pharmacy online. They just make excuses and apologize. I bought 2 there and never again. When you need help, the employee sighs that you are annoying her. Unprofessional approach, they make excuses for the post office, which is not the customer's problem but the seller's and they should have a different way and not make a fool of the customer!

Hello this is a true review of my experience,i had 12.5mg delivered for £299,i have used the pens over 16 times and everytime i watch a video at the same time.On this occasion after priming etc i put the needle into my thigh and the pressure on the pen was very hard it would not push down properly i looked down at my thigh and just the needle part was in my thigh and a 5 mm runner red balloon had come out of the pen,i pulled the needle out of my thigh and tried a new needle again the same,this was not a problem to me what is the problem is that Morrisons after me emailing twice and sending pictures want me to purchase again £299 and then they collect the faulty pen whilst it goes to the USA for investigation .If they do not agree i lose my money (and i bet they will not agree),this process can take upto 45 days yes 45 days in this day and age,i have been a good paying customer for 4 months yes i am losing weight slowly and it is not a problem the pen is Faulty the problem is they want me to spend more money rather than exchange the pen ,i even offered to send it back at my cost on special delivery,this was not good enough so as i say AVOID,AVOID,AVOID,AVOID
The guy on the phone at 4.50pm today i do not know his name (it may of been William) but i think he was Scottish was extremely rude talking over me as though i was a ten year old .

Ordered weight loss jab

Ordered weight loss jab, have been using a different company but was lured in by the discount. You need to sign for the delivery meaning if you work full time you’ll miss it as it’s a 8-5pm slot. When you contact customer service it’s AI that responds. If you work full time in frontline services I’d avoid them, the inflexibility will give you life admin you do not need.

I placed my order 4 weeks ago

I placed my order 4 weeks ago, no updates from them, I contacted them 3-4 times and this can only be done on an online messaging service to be told it’s in review. They’ve held my money for a month and no product, no service. All very poor and I wish I had read their reviews prior, I thought a mainstream supermarket would provide a better service. Shame!

Hereford Morrisons pharmacy

Hereford Morrisons pharmacy, firstly they turned up 15 minutes late for work, then stood talking outside the door, through they were waiting for someone to open it but had the keys on them all the time. 111 sent me there for a consultation all of 2 minutes in a dull lit room managed to give diagnosis of a virus in the throat. You can bet if I went to the doctors surgery 5 minutes walk away it would be pretty empty any time of the day but can't get an appointment for probably 8 weeks. NHS is not fit for purpose and we know why.

Extremely slow and overly complicated…

Extremely slow and overly complicated process. I was asked for repeated medical documentation, waited days for reviews, and after all that my request was declined with no clear or reasonable explanation. Poor communication and a lack of continuity make this a very frustrating experience. Not patient-centred at all.

Great service

Having received my second monthly weight loss injection order through Morrisons clinic I can honestly say its been great. Simple online medical questionnaire and order process, I had to submit medical history separately which was easily done via email and cleared the day of submission. Orders received two days after being placed, tracked and signature on delivery, well packaged. More than happy with service, product and competitive pricing.

Terrible service

Terrible service, too slow to approve medication so delivery has been late. Still haven't received it which means I've missed my dose.
Spending hours online trying to locate the product. Not impressed at all...avoid avoid avoid

As a follow up to October…

As a follow up to my review of October , I had been passed from Morrisons to Phlo Pharmacy to No Novo Nordisk . Having dispatched a faulty Wygovi pen back to Novo Nordisk with confidence that it was faulty ( three witnesses to confirm and photos sent to Phlo Pharmacy) the finally replied in December that they had received it with a follow up letter saying it worked and no fault was found . I asked for the pen to be returned ( having put a little mark to identify). Only to be told it is beyond its time and out of temperature tolerance. So I have no proof that this testing has been done or even existed. So the manufacturer does not accept responsibility for replacement. Back to Phlo Pharmacy, they won’t accept replacement or refund , back to Morrisons , the say Phlo Pharmacy is their supplier. As you can see from other reviews this Company is not to be trusted, my understanding of retail law is that the company you pay your money to is the one that has the liability for any dispute. So will go that route . Managed to get bank to refund payment to card but still under a temporary refund until Morrisons clinic are allowed their say . To anyone with same problem , video the problem , photo , get witnesses and ask bank to dispute payment immediately even before returning pen to manufacturers. Oh ! Also find another supplier.

Just beating a dead horse at this point...

I know looking at this company’s rating is like staring into a starless, cloudy night, but I guess I’ll add one more bad review to the pile.

They cancelled my Mounjaro order claiming I had a gap in my treatment. They asked when my last dose was, and I clearly replied: "5 days ago." Somehow, they interpreted that as "too long without medication."

When I pointed out their inability to read basic dates (admittedly, I was frustrated and rude because of the absurdity), they didn't fix the mistake. Instead, they just banned me.

Honestly, I don't understand why companies these days think they can treat customers however they please without facing exposure. Has no one told them yet that it is far cheaper to maintain a good reputation than to try and salvage a ruined brand?

AVOID

AVOID ! DONT waste your money been on slimming jab for 8 months with them and received a faulty pen the company past the buck to the manufacturer whom a week later told me basically I didn’t use the pen right and wouldnt send me another or refund 249 down !!all I did was unbox as usual then set up and the pen wouldn’t do anything ! The manufacturer didn’t even ask me to return to look at the pen Both companies should be allowed to treat customers like it ! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY no small print says if a pen doesn’t work then tuff

Poor customer service due to return policy…

After two months on manjaro Morrisons kept pushing to Change to Wygovi . Ordered this and delivery was approved and delivered in 24 hrs . Wygovi pen did not physically work to get the first dose , I had followed instructions to the Letter.On contacting Morrisons I was redirected to Phlo pharmacy and asked for photos which were sent , they then redirected me to the manufacturer to get a fault reference number. On getting that I was told that this would allow pharmacy to send replacement but I was then told by pharmacy it would take six weeks to replace or refund . They then offered a25% discount on my next pen . Now as anyone knows on these plans it take a follow on every week to continue to be effective.I asked for immediate replacement under sale of goods act as Morrisons are the retail pharmacy supplier Still just referred me to manufacturer conditions. I am no longer going to deal with Morrisons as there is something wrong with companies that cannot adhere to retail law by passing the buck . Card dispute now effected . Do not use this company.

I just wouldn’t bother

I just wouldn’t bother. I had a customer service representative called Michelle refuse to look at my circumstances as an individual. No calls back to discuss issues I had. Wouldn’t waste my time they haven’t any patience for the new patients
