Product is the best Vitamin D3/K2 I have found. Good value when you see there are 375 doses per 2 oz bottle. Taste is not too sweet. Order was delivered as promised.

Teresa, thank you for your order. We are sorry for your inconvenience regarding a backordered Pure Encapsulations product. As you may be aware, we do not manufacture these products. Pure Encapuslations has re-formulated this product and took it off the market temporarily until they received a suitable quality final version. However, they have had problems with their final production quality control.
Pure has informed us that all test batches returning to Pure has not met their initial quality expectations. They originally expected this product to be available in August 2017, but have had a number of unapproved versions. You ordered the product on September 21, 2017 and we sent you an email on September 22, 2017 informing you of a delay in procuring the product with an anticipated date being the week of September 30, 2017 (according to Pure's initial estimates). Pure contacted us on October 2, 2017 to inform us that the most recent batch they received has not met their expected standards. Therefore, we emailed you another memo on October 2, 2017 to provide you with this news.
We are happy to offer you what Pure has advised as a substitution, which is to use their CholestoPure until the CholestoPure Plus is available. We can also advise the Ortho Molecular Bergamot or Lipitrol products as a temporary or permanent solution to any natural cholesterol management regiment. Otherwise, we are always willing to refund you your payment. We are also available to contact by telephone if you fail to read your emails and you have order fulfillment or product availability concerns. We are ready to assist you with your frustration at any time.
Any registered customer can access shipment tracking, however, since we have not shipped to you yet a product that is still unavailable, there is no tracking number to track.

Takes days for them to even process your order, not fast to receive items!!
Happy to be able to receive these natural medicines from here, however it was advertised as fast shipping so that is why I chose to purchase from here, but it took over a week to even receive my items, and was very disappointed that it took the first 4 days before they even dealt with my order! Once it was taken to the shipping facility the shipping process was fast, if only they would quickly get to each item!

If we do not ship within 24 hours, it is likely due to the product being temporarily out of stock. We receive shipments daily from many manufacturers in order to keep up with order demands.
We are sorry you experienced one of the few times that we were low on one or more products' inventory levels, which required us to procure new and fresh products for you in order to fulfill your purchase. We understand your frustration but we believe you stretched the facts a little n recapping the timeline and timeframe on speed of shipping when taken in consideration that you likely did not read or shipping policies.
You made your order on July 26, 2017 and we shipped on July 28, 2017, which is only 2 days from the order date.
One of the ways we try to keep customers satisfied is by keeping products fresh and not warehousing old products that are close to meeting a "Best Buy date". Otherwise, products can go out of date and we know other companies build into their prices the losses incurred by exopired products. At least you can rely on our products always being fresh. They are always kept in our clinic's temperature controlled store, not in an extremely hot or cold warehouse.
We always recommend not to wait until the last 1-3 days before your supplement bottles are empty, please consider re-ordering at least 7-10 days before needing products. This way you are always safe with inventory levels and shipping times.

We were out of stock on one of the products so we did not ship out on Friday April 1, 2017 which was the following business day. However we did order the product from the manufacturer. We are closed on weekends. We obtained the product for you and we shipped your order as soon as we had all items available to ship, which was on Tuesday, April 4, 2017.
