I am very pleased that Clinic Expert, stood by their dental work, ( WARRANTY !!!!! )
I had a full upper and lower job done!
In total 10 German implants and 20 German Zirconium crows done on September of 2022.
I had to return to Istanbul Turkey to re-do some of the dental work on December 2023.
I called the Clinic's Senior Medical Consultant (Alaa) and I explained the complications that I was having. He, without hesitation said that the dental work has a full WARRANTY FOR BREAKAGE AND DISCOLORATION!!
I booked immediately my ticket from the USA 🇺🇸to Istanbul Turkey 🇹🇷 and all of My dental concerns/issues, were met with integrity and care!!!
Dr Orko was my Dentist 🦷 on this trip to Turkey. She did AMAZING WORK!!!

I have had several procedures at clinic expert and the last one been all over vasor and tummy tuck and I can honestly say after years of trying to loose stubborn fat and over hanging skin I finally decided to go to clinic expert and have the procedure done and I am the happiest I have been in a long time. I managed to get my young physique back and I am over the moon. My assistant who helped me through the whole process was AZIZ and he made me feel like my experience was the only thing that mattered to him. Always there when I had questions and always checking up on me. AZIZ went above and beyond what I expected from him. I flew to Turkey for a rhinoplasty with clinicexpert! The care was very good I am very happy with my nose. I wouldn’t change my Experience I did mention a few things about the hotel which I hope they have taken action on but as a whole my experience was good! My surgeon DR. ÖZCAN was amazing can’t recommend him enough He was so friendly very welcoming! Just amazing at what he does!

Would not recommend they only care about money, had a routine dental hygiene service which lasted for 5 minutes and costed me more then having it done in the UK. However they have one dentist named Amina she’s devoted to her job and honest unlike the administration they wanna suck u dry in every way possible. I personally witnessed some patients losing their cool and shouting because they keep asking them for more and more money. It’s a shame really they think everyone is super rich they give u a quote then keep adding things up for each visit. So I gave 2 stars for dr Amina only.

Despite the fact that there are hundreds of positive reviews, they perform very poorly when patients experience issues as a result of surgery. Read the other negative reviews, and you will notice a common trend: there is absolutely no follow-up.

My name is Adam, and I am from Manchester. Two years ago, I underwent a hair transplant surgery at Clinicexpert in Turkey. I had 1500 grafts to cover a small area in the front, but during the first few months, I realized that the results of the surgery were not satisfactory. (Pictures before and after are archived.) When I review the saved pictures to assess any progress, it is difficult for me to determine if I actually underwent a hair transplant surgery.

In October 2023, I decided to return to Clinic Expert Turkey for my second surgery. I was consulted by one of their doctors, and we discussed the unsatisfactory results of the initial surgery. I showed him the old pictures, and he promised me that this time they would do a better job. He drew the line, and we agreed to have 3500 grafts, with a main focus on the frontal area that I had pointed out to him. Communication challenges have always been a concern for me.

Since the drawn line exceeded the targeted area by a 3 cm margin, I repeatedly advised them to utilize the maximum of 3500 grafts in the visible areas. However, they started to fill in the targetted area but stayed within the drawn line.

Since the drawn line extended beyond the targeted area by a 3 cm margin, I repeatedly emphasized utilizing the full potential of the 3500 grafts in the visible areas. During the surgery on the recipient area, I noticed that the surgeon was working extensively around the intended area. I had to interrupt him mid-way and remind him to concentrate on the spaces at the front. He kept ignoring me and telling me to let him do his job. (I asked for a translator to ensure that they understood what I was telling them.)

Even after the translator explained to them my concern to them, another alarm bell rang when 95% of the grafts were used and not a single one was transplanted in the targeted area. I looked in the mirror and I was shocked to see that there was still a lot of space at the front.

I questioned this, and he told me that this area and the remaining grafts (less than 5% left) would be enough to fill the spaces at the front. However, the expression on his face as he examined the remaining grafts and the tone of his voice didn't inspire confidence. Eventually, ONLY 5% of the donor grafts were used in the most critical area, whereas we had initially agreed to use roughly 40% of the grafts to fill the designated area.

I reported this issue after the surgery and even showed them pictures to the patient coordinator and the operations manager. They said everything would be fine, and there was no need to worry.

To be honest, this was a joke. It is evident from reading the other negative reviews that this type of treatment is not uncommon. I understand that surgery can have complications, as it is a part of the process, and each individual's experience may vary. However, the quality of Clinic Expert's services should be evaluated based on their handling of these types of hair transplants. In my opinion, this company provided an unsatisfactory level of experience during and aftercare. The Clinic Expert did not show any genuine concern or willingness to help. It's mainly due to the poor level of service and lack of aftercare received that I personally cannot recommend this Clinic Expert company. Last message to the potential client: DO NOT BE THE NEXT VICTIM.

I have been suffering from hair loss for about 20 years. I thought a lot about getting a hair transplant, but I was hesitant until a friend of my brother had the procedure at ClinicExpert in Istanbul. I waited to see his results, and after a few months, I was impressed with how natural and happy he looked. So, I went to the same clinic and am very happy with my choice. I am a few months post-operation, and my hair looks very natural. Not only were my results great, but my experience was also excellent. The staff at the clinic, especially Mr. Umer, who gave me an awesome consultation and arranged everything perfectly, was amazing. I also want to thank the doctor, who is a highly experienced expert, the luxurious hotel that was very close to the clinic, and of course, the beautiful city of Istanbul. It was a vacation and procedure in one! I highly recommend it! In other words, I would like to say that this place changed my life because now I love to visit my relatives and friends and party, which I was worried and conscious about doing before my hair transplant. I did hair transplant at clinicexpert 10 days ago everything went well and smooth from the start to the end of my stay good doctors and helpful staff i would like to thank David the consultant for his care and arrangements of my operation, i definitely recommend them.

I needed to-do a toothplant. Starting with Mr. Aziz the medical consultant who exhibited exemplary customer service experience. He assured all my needs and inquiries were met. A welcoming team and beautiful clinic. Professional and friendly doctors and staff. I enjoyed every minute of my journey and definitely highly recommend it.

My Experience with clinic expert has been positive all the way. Mohamed Alaa my health consultant was very helpful he went out of his way many times to make sure that I have an overall positive experience, he personally cared about me. Hamza as well my translator was very helpful and supportive , they both made sure that I have all the information that I need and helped navigate me across the whole process.

It is now 12 days since my hair transplant operation and the healing process is going just fine. I haven't seen the final outcome yet however I am really optimistic and I am happy that I have chosen clinic expert and trusted them with my looks.

My experience was great! Everyone was very helpful and the Doctor was sure to answer all my questions and give me all the options. The procedure went great and the doctor met us after to follow up as well. Especially Mo Wahab +905397775008 was great at coordinating everything. Highly recommend!!!

Clinic Expert has promised and delivered a thorough smooth, thorough procedure and to my relief has maintained an excellent crew inside and outside the operating room whether it was transport service, post op attentive care or making my comfort a priority during the op for a largely painless experience. Hopefully all of this will result in my return of my hair growth.
