As a pharmacist, I approached my hair transplant with high expectations and a critical eye. I’m pleased to say that my experience with Clinic Expert was exceptional.

The surgical procedure itself deserves a 4.8/5. The medical team was friendly, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. They helped design a hairline that matched my preferences, and the hygiene standards were excellent. I experienced no pain during or after the procedure, even once the sedation wore off — a testament to their professionalism.

My only concern was the number of grafts. I was initially informed I would receive around 4,500 grafts, which I understood would cover 90–95% of the area. However, I received 4,000 grafts, which left slightly less coverage than expected. While the result is still promising, clearer communication on this point would have helped manage expectations.

The hospital environment was luxurious, and the staff were consistently cooperative and kind. However, I was disappointed with the hotel accommodation — both the quality and location did not match the clinic’s high standards.

Additionally, I found the post-operative treatments to be somewhat limited. While the procedure itself was excellent, I believe the clinic could enhance the overall experience by offering more structured aftercare support.

A special thanks to Dr. Karim (+90 534 323 81 22), the medical consultant who guided me throughout. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer my questions. I highly recommend working with him — you’ll be in safe and capable hands.

I booked an OP some months ago. Throughout the process i found out that the op is not recommended right now. I asked for a refund and was granted it. All through the process I was in contact with a guy called Barry. He was personal, helpful and accomodating. He encouraged me when i needed encouragement, he listened even and he was understanding when I asked for a refund. All-in-all a class A service. Would recommend at least getting into contact with them.

came here on the 23rd July to fix my boobs and chin liposuction, I had a terrible experience with my breast implants from a different company I went with 2 years ago so I was extremely scared incase I wasn't happy again.
My surgeon was fantastic, fluent in English and explained to me in depth what he was capable of doing and giving me exactly what I want and made me aware of what I would be able to achieve prior to surgery.
I woke up from my surgery, 100% happy and emotional that the work he had done was fantastic, I'm still in the early stages of healing and already planning to come back again for more work. I really couldn't recommend them enough, from booking, landing, my operation, transportation, how helpful they was I cant thank them enough. The bad reviews really scared me, but I'm extremely happy I went along with my decision. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone for breast augmentation and liposuction, I am beyond happy. Friends and family are already looking to book!
Isa was amazing from start to finish, very helpful and always answered our questions if we was concerned or gave us helpful information where to get food and drinks, messaged quickly via whatsapp, always nice and was happy to help with anything.

This clinic team lies more than they breath , and they don’t care about you , they take your money and give you a very very bad job , starting from consulting team to the Dr s ending up with administration . I had my teeth done , I had to go twice each trip cost at least 5000 USD each trip , plus the cost of the dental work which was 8000uSD they are thieves they gave me a very poor job , which I found out , after I arrived to Istanbul for my next trip the Dr left my treatment and left on vocation, leaving me behind , and what he did finished my veneer in 2 days he didn’t give me a chance to try what he implanted , I called several times after I can back home to the USA the Dr refused to talk to me to him explain to my concerns. , I can add all the documents to this review plus the work plan they gave me to execute, and the lousy job the did , the administration team has the guts to write about my review that I m making up stories and I am not a real person , and I was not their patient ..they are liars, all the team starting from their clerks , drs ending up with the administration s ..
My advise to you Don’t go their , there are so many Drs in Istanbul who are more experienced and loyal to the patients . Thus was my story .. and I am getting ready to bring a legal action against this business.. just to save more patient to get trapped with company…

I wouldn’t recommend using ClinicExpert, my overall experience has been extremely poor from the minute I arrived until now nearly a year PO and I cannot even get a response to ask my surgeon a question.

My experience with Clinicexpert exceeded all expectations. From the moment I was picked up at the airport to the day I was dropped off for my return flight, the entire process was seamless and highly professional. I was taken directly for my initial examination, and all transfers between the hotel and clinic were well-coordinated.

The procedure itself was carried out by a team of three skilled professionals who clearly explained each step, making me feel confident and at ease. The post-operative care and follow-up were just as thorough and reassuring.

Now, seven months later, I’m thrilled with the results. The growth and density of my hair have surpassed what I had hoped for. The vitamins and hair oil provided have also helped maintain and strengthen my existing hair.

Before three years I did teeth transplants in clinic expert with crowns and was satisfied with the results though they didnt give me any report, they gave me the warranty paper for the implants. However, before two months only one the bridge has been broken. Because I am living in another country not in Turkey so I asked clinic expert to send me the report with implants sizes so I can change the bridge they promise to send it until ignoring me totally though I told them I am on sever pain and the physcian in my country is asking for the sizes to do the procedure because I can't travel to Turkey now, yet no response from their side. This so inhuman and let them lose their integrity infront of their customers. There is no comparison between them and other respectful clinics that could provide a report of their work easily. Because the report of any procedure done by them is the right of the patient. They should give to the patient or send it to him/her once he/she request it not ignoring the patient.

I recently underwent a hair transplant surgery and I’m very happy with the overall experience. The whole process was smooth and professionally organized. The package included everything – hotel accommodation and all transportation, which made it very convenient and stress-free for me.

The person responsible for coordinating my journey, Zakaria, was incredibly helpful and understanding. He followed every step closely from the beginning, making sure I was comfortable and informed. Even after the surgery, he has been checking in regularly to monitor my condition and progress, which I really appreciate.

The hotel provided was a 4/5 star hotel – clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The transport service was excellent as well – I was picked up from the airport, taken to the hospital and back, and finally dropped off at the airport again. Everything was punctual and smooth.

The surgery itself was painless, and the medical team was very kind, professional, and attentive. They made sure everything went according to plan and kept me relaxed during the procedure.

Price-wise, the whole package was very reasonable considering the high level of service and care provided. I’m currently in the recovery phase, and so far everything is going well. I’m excited to see the final results in the coming months.

Overall, I highly recommend this clinic and team – especially Zakaria – for anyone considering a hair transplant.

From my first contact with Clinicexpert, everything was exactly as advertised. If any it was much better. The service that they provide is excellent.

Absolutely horrible experience. Their customer service is great until they get your business but after that they won't reply to your messages on time, sometime for weeks. I had a hair transplant done at this place in 2024. A lady came into the room, took a look at me for less than a minute and decided I needed to get 4000 grafts. I was surprised how quick she made that decision.

After the operation, they made me buy their shampoo and other stuff to maintain the transplanted hair for almost 400 dollars. They also gave me a certificate which guaranteed a free repeat operation if the hair fell or didn't grow back. I was not completely satisfied with the outcome and asked them to honor the offer the certificate gives. They said to wait for one year which I did but after that they would not reply my WhatsApp messages for weeks or their replies were meaningless. Today I spoke to one of the post-op customer guys who is horrible at his job. I showed him my hair and told him it was not complete and I wanted to take advantage of the certificate but he refused to honor it. I told him I would write a review on Google and social media and he said that I could do whatever I want. This place is not interested in maintaining their reputation, if they have any.

Do not fall for their certificate because it means NOTHING!

Disrespectful treatment, when the result is bad they do not respond. Totally bad results when you contact them they do not respond because the results are bad and they do not want to take responsibility.

01.08.2024 tarihinde saat 14:30’da kontrole gittim. Doktor, bunun normal olduğunu, ekilen saçların çıkacağını ve doğal saçlarımın döküldüğünü söyledi. Bu düpedüz yalan! Saç ekimi yaptıran herkes bilir ki, bir yılın sonunda nihai sonuç alınmış olur. Başka bir kliniğe danıştım ve onlar da bu açıklamanın tamamen yanlış olduğunu söylediler.

Öncesi-sonrası fotoğraflarımı ekledim, gerçek ortada! Ya da daha doğrusu, hiçbir değişiklik yok! Çevremdekiler bile bana saç ekimi yaptırıp yaptırmadığımı soruyor, çünkü hiçbir fark göremiyorlar! Dalga konusu oldum!

Klinik tarafından verilen sertifikada, ekilen saçların çıkacağı ve bir yıl içinde tam sonuç alınacağı yazıyor. Bu tamamen yalan çıktı! Bu kadar para verip, bu kadar acıya katlandım ve sonuç? SIFIR!

Bu süreç beni psikolojik olarak da mahvetti! Aylarca sabrettim, umut ettim ama sonuç elde edemedim. Kendime olan güvenimi bile etkiledi. Böyle bir hayal kırıklığını kimse yaşamak zorunda kalmamalı!

Clinicexpert tam bir fiyasko! Burada saç ekimi yaptırmayı düşünen herkes, paralarını çöpe atmak istemiyorsa başka bir klinik bulsun! Yoksa benim gibi kandırılırsınız!

I had a hair transplant at Clinicexpert on 25.12.2023, and it turned out to be a COMPLETE DISASTER! More than 14 months have passed, and my hair looks exactly the same as before the operation! Not a single visible difference! They claimed to have transplanted 4550 grafts, but the results are nonexistent! This is a total scam!

I went for a check-up on 01.08.2024 at 14:30, and the doctor told me this was normal, saying that the transplanted hairs were still growing and my natural hairs had fallen out. This is a blatant lie! Anyone who has had a hair transplant knows that after a year, the final result should be visible. I consulted another clinic, and they confirmed that what the doctor said was completely false!

I have included before-and-after pictures, and the truth is clear! Or rather, there is no difference at all! Even people around me ask if I even had a hair transplant because they see no change whatsoever! I have become a laughingstock!

The certificate provided by the clinic states that the transplanted hair would grow and reach its final result within one year. This was a complete LIE! I paid a lot of money, went through all the pain, and for what? NOTHING!

This entire experience has also destroyed me psychologically! I waited patiently, I had high hopes, and I received absolutely no results. It has even affected my confidence. Nobody should have to go through this kind of disappointment!

Clinicexpert is a complete FAILURE! If you are thinking about getting a hair transplant here, save your money and go to a trustworthy clinic! Otherwise, you will be scammed just like me!
