He dosent speak English or listen to what the client wants… I didn’t want an uplift and was adamant to the clinic

I went all the way to turkey being told if I don’t like it then do do it with no care at all

I’ve spent 1000s correcting he’s mistake

They didn’t give me a fit to fly paper so at 5 am I had to go to airport clinic to pay for a dr note

They discharged me I still had the needle in my vein

So much more to this horror story

I’m from London, UK and was nervous travelling to Turkey for a hair transplant. Was recommended by two friends so decided to go with Clinicexpert. The guidance and care was excellent. The clinic are hygienic and modern. Transport and accommodation was excellent and the whole procedure went well. The aftercare is exceptional and communicating in English is not a problem. Aziz has been a pleasure to arrange this and has made the experience easier. I’m planning to go in October again for another operation.

I researched from Belgium to do a nose job and found out thant clinc expert is very good in plastic surgery. Bashar helped me out to find everything I needed and there everyone was helpful and did there best for me. And now I’m very happy with my nose. I decided to get rid of my glasses and I was very lucky that I decided to come for this eye surgery in Turkey to Istanbul more precisely. Run like a military operation. Very punctual with transfers with constant communication. Amazing doctors and support staff.

Interpreters are fantastic, never struggled to translate and really helped relax as they could tell you what to expect as they have supported a lot of patients. My translator to English was Mo Wahab +90 535 974 01 82 who was amazing and really friendly person. Reach out to him if you ever need support.

I got an abdominoplasty and liposuction from clinic expert in August 24 and I am extremely happy with the service, overall great surgery with no complications for a very reasonable price. I want to express my reviews as have had done breast implants; dental about to do bbl and 360 and I’ve through the years have had great experience. I’m seeing al these fake news on someone died and blah blah blah on video calls that this clinic does. Can you believe in years I’ve never had a video call with them after all these operations I’ve done with them. I just think UK is getting scared in how Brits are going there and not doing any further plastic surgeries in UK any longer. I’ve even friends from Texas flying out here they don’t even choose Miami as their first choice. That’s says something

My experience with your customer care consultant and support team was pleasant. I always received prompt answers to questions. On arrival l was received promptly same during my departure proper arrangements were made for my pickup and drop off at the airport. The before and after hair transplant care was encouraging overall I will recommend clinicexpert to others.

I went in May for my eyes surgery as I wanted to fix one eyes having to go for surgery in the as the put me on long waiting list in Uk

I chat with someone in Clinic Expert good deal cheap comparing to other clinic ,decided to go all well planed went after a week reach on a Thursday Night get picked up from the airport to the 4 Star Hotel all inclusive .

The next day Friday was seen by a surgeon advice blephtoplasy in the dental clinic then went to Clinics for blood test.

My surgery was schedule for 2pm Saturday I stated panicking as there was problems in the time no reassurance why the nurse was rude no English translators as she was busy they bring me to have done at 7pm .

Sunday send to hotel bad aftercares medicine was included ,the bandage was removed after 5days my eyes look infected they didn’t care they stitches was rough not neat I have to come back to uk I will not advice eyes surgery with Clinic expert .

Excellent customer service , facilities, and people and reasonable prices.

People have actually died at this clinic and yet they are still trying to cover it up! I had a consultation and they lied to me saying no one has ever died. They tried to get me to book and pay the deposit and kept changing the subject. I did more research and found out more about the neglect and wrongful doing of patients! They are just after money unfortunately and little care for over sees patients

Someone died with this clinic in march and parts of her organs were missing

I came for my first visit from London travelling alone June 2024 for face and neck lift. I was highly anxious about going abroad to get any sort of treatment because I felt if anything did not go to plan then that trip could easily be disastrous in many way . Since the price was affordable in comparison to London, I found the courage to take the plunge . That courage came largely due to the considerable amount of care towards me from an employee named Celine . At every moment of my venture, I felt carried by her calm and confident professional manner . I always felt open about anything I had on my mind and that anxiety woulld be put into perspective.
Thank you Celine because if it wasn’t for you working over and above your duty t answering me , I would never of come to Turkey. At each stage of my journey, I was completely looked after. Before
Leaving Uk airport, the professional clinic’s taxi transport system reached out to me in excellent service to reassure mw that there will be someone waiting for me a Turkey airport to bring me to the Clinic.
On arriving at the Clinic Expert Centre, I was able to rest into my procedure booked the next morning. The doctors are thorough aswell as the administrative team and delivery of care is A Class. So
Much so that I have returned to get a full body tidy up. It’s always such a pleasure to visit and leave looking even more beautiful
