Do not Trust!

So this could be a long story. I noticed that I had a few laughter lines under my eyes from a long life as I’m not young but not old at all. So I decided to look up some place where I could have fractional Co2. This place looked okay.. so even though I thought the instagram video of her performing the Co2 looked fake and there was zero reviews and it didn’t say fully ablative I went and booked a consultation and patch test through Fresha. I attended, I lay back on the chair and she zapped my neck and asked me if (sigh) “do we have to do the whole face?” - “here is a tub of numbing cream, please apply it to your face an hour before you attend!” And that was the “consultation”. I did as asked my main concern as I said on the form she sent me the night before the procedure I want any place that I can see aging treated. I had already told her my eyes. I attended now the main areas that you target are around the eyes and mouth these are the general places that age shows.. there was little wrong with my skin I just didn’t know what the dots and dry bits at the top of my cheeks was about. I applied the cream an hour before and as I walked in she determined that I was pay straight away and WE will do the Co2. WE now I don’t know if you know this but you are supposed to ask or be offered a reduction (at any doctor led clinic if they are doing teaching with a doctor supervising. I had not authorized this and I was not comfortable.. I told her as much and I was totally dismissed this time it was me that said “do we really have to do the whole face, it is only my eyes I’m concerned about” - “yes, you will notice a big difference especially around the eyes!” I am just going to show the pictures of the aftermath. She swings the chair from left to right, with little concern for you. She gives you two stress balls to squeeze down on. I can’t say anymore it’s been 5 months I left with a face full of the red stuff.. after her and I quote “I’m gonna start here, where people usually forget to put the numbing cream!” That was an alarm bell str8 away as she was starting in a place that could and would potentially burn/hurt me.. “it might hurt” she said.. I squeezed as hard as I could all the way thru as it didn’t just ‘sting a bit’ it burned. I am left 5 months later with persistent grid etched into my skin, Rosea (or however you spell it, burning under the skin that shows) and facial asymmetry with a hollowed out upper cheek and a bill to put facial volume back into what was a peachy face (facial volume loss across the mid face, aesthetic doctor consultation) Note in the pictures she leaves out the areas that will bring facial dropping with the fat pad/sensitive areas left out only areas that was “safe” and a double dose on my forehead if you know anything about Co2 it bounces off the bone and comes back so I had a double dose x 2. Sorry sounds like a rant. But just don’t trust the videos on Instagram I guess they are AI (I would be sure of it. Like I can’t be insulted enough) Don’t give them the benefit of the doubt or scrimp if you want this doing go to somewhere with real good reviews or doctor led it’s not worth the scarring. Medical Grade they say on the website (meaning the advice she gave me.. there will be lots of the red stuff!) As I can’t upload the pictures here just imagine the film Fight Club with the face looking punctured/textured not evenly treated.. and half undone and if you could see the way the laser was moved the way it has been dragged across the face and down. This is my review.
