Very bad experience with MonoClinic & Dr. Ergin Erdogan

Maalesef MonoClinic ve Dr. Ergin Erdoğan ile çok kötü bir deneyim yaşadık.

Bize başta sabit bir fiyat söylendi, ancak ameliyata çok kısa bir süre kala aniden daha fazla para talep edildi. Ayrıca otel ücretini tamamen kendimiz ödemek zorunda kaldık ve kalitesiz odalar verildi.

Hastanede sadece 2 gün kalma hakkı tanınıyor. 3. günden itibaren her şey size ait – gecelik 160 €, bu durum önceden açık ve net şekilde belirtilmedi.

Ameliyat öncesinde iki implantın da aynı boyutta olacağı açıkça kararlaştırılmıştı. Buna uyulmadı ve göğüsler aynı boyutta değil. Bunu Instagram yazışmalarıyla kanıtlayabilirim.

Şikâyet ettikten sonra Dr. Ergin Erdoğan beni Instagram’da engelledi ve MonoClinic artık cevap vermiyor.

Ayrıca hasta gizliliği ve veri koruması konusunda ciddi eksiklikler var. Açık yazılı iznimiz olmadan bize ait tek bir fotoğraf bile paylaşılırsa, yasal yollara başvuracağız.

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyoruz.
Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with MonoClinic and Dr. Ergin Erdogan.

We were given a fixed price, but shortly before the operation they suddenly demanded more money. We also had to pay the hotel ourselves and were given poor-quality rooms.

In the hospital, you are allowed to stay only 2 days. From the 3rd day on, you must pay everything yourself – 160 € per night, which was not clearly communicated in advance.

Before the surgery, it was clearly agreed that both implants should be the same size. This was not respected, and the breasts are not the same size. I can prove this with Instagram chats.

After we complained, Dr. Ergin Erdogan blocked me on Instagram, and MonoClinic no longer replies.

Additionally, there is no proper patient data protection. If even a single photo of my mother is shared without our explicit written consent, we will take legal action.

Absolutely not recommended.

I loved Mohamed's service towards me…

I loved Mohamed's service towards me and it deserves a seperate thanks. He has been my consultant from the start and we had the good fortune of meeting in person when I came for my 1st op. I hope he is still my consultant with my next visit. He is real, warm and good to have around.

The team deserves 10 starts

For someone that has done so many bookings at hospitals before, the amount of consistency from the team there is beyond expectations… in a world full of scammers, they keep checking in, updating me on what is what and most importantly ask me how I am doing.. you hardly get the from most people. The patience they carry when you have a question to make sure you understand what is happening or going to happen or what to expect ❤️💛 I love it here. To the team, thank you for making me feel safe🥺❤️🤞🏾

No complaints here!

No complaints! This is my second time at Mono and I must say I had a great experience with the team! My surgeon was Dr. Deniz and he was not only very kind but put my safety first! I was scheduled to have multiple surgeries but he ordered for several tests and provided a very professional opinion regarding the state of my health, blood count and the risks involved. I made a very informed decision to proceed with only one revision surgery. Dr Deniz and his team consistently monitored my progress, blood levels etc.i am very happy and look forward to the final results. I just want to extend my gratitude as well to Said, Almira, Büşra and Yagmur for a their help and support. Said was super helpful, always checking in to know that I was comfortable, and well supported from my arrival till the very last day. He was not pushy and always had a smile. Thank you all kindly :)

360 lypo

I had a 360 lypo the procedure went well. Still healing since I am 7 days post op but looks good so far

Mohamed the patient service assistant was very good and patient with me. He kept on checking up on me and helped alot he is amazing . Highly recommend Mono, they are very organised.

Blepharoplasty in Mono

My honest experience for upper blepharoplasty was amazing. It was under local anaesthesia and went smooth, almost no swelling. My medical consultant and my travel coordinator were very helpful. My healing is going well.

That's how my journey went ❤️

First of all, I want to thank to the whole Mono Team, for being part of such an important chapter of my life, for taking care of myself and my well-being, for the friends I've made during my staying ❤️
I am really grateful for every moment you stole from your time to even respond to my (many) messages, for every laugh I had, even though I was in pain. All of you knew exactly when and what to say to make the pain go away, even for a few seconds (and it was really great!)
I want to thank Esra, which is the best at coordinating every step, so the journey to be smooth 🙌
I want to thank Cem, Ceren and all the "office" team for their support before and during my arrival 🙌
I want to thank nurses, but especially Almira, which is the purest soul I've ever met! 🙌🌸
I want to thank to all the employees from Mono Hotel for being so awesome, everyone in their way , Melek, you're my favorite girl 🙏🙌

This review reflects my personal experience.

I arrived late on a weekend, and when I arrived at the airport the transfer was not there. Due to limited internet access, it took approximately an hour to resolve the situation and arrange transport, which was stressful after travelling.

When I arrived at the hotel, there was no representative present initially. I was in contact with one representative via messaging only, as they were not available to speak on the phone. A second representative later attended in person.

I was informed at that point that my surgery had been rescheduled to the morning and this information was not communicated.
I was asked to sign paperwork, make payment, and then attend the hospital for blood tests at close to 11 pm. At this time, I was extremely tired, confused, felt very vulnerable and overwhelmed, and I did not feel I was given a clear explanation of the changes or what to expect.

I did not have a formal consultation prior to surgery; the only consultation took place very briefly while I was being marked. Overall, the process felt rushed and communication could have been clearer.

Following surgery, I did not receive medication the next day until evening and had to follow up multiple times with different contacts before this was resolved. I also did not receive written post-operative aftercare instructions; the guidance provided was very brief and verbal only.

I did receive a nurse visit, and she was professional and kind, although the visit felt brief. I also had a follow-up appointment with the doctor a few days later.

While my procedure itself was straightforward, being alone in another country made the experience very challenging. Based on my experience, I would have appreciated clearer communication, better coordination, and more detailed aftercare guidance.

Cagatay was really helpful

Cagatay was really helpful, and he made sure to answer every question I had before booking effectively. He is very responsive and he has made me feel safe about this surgery which is why I had booked in the first place.

Service is very good at Mono Clinic

I like the profesionalizim at Mono Clinic, My consultant was Esra and She made things easier for me from getting infomation about my procedure to final stage of going back home. Vip treatment as if ur the only patient. Doctor Deniz is very good, his Assistant is soooo cute and professional. My Esra is so amazing to deal with and very patient.

Disorganised, extra charges, lack of transparency

I travelled to Mono Clinic with my brother as my companion. Despite the clinic knowing this in advance, we were booked into one hotel room together, and my brother had to pay extra for a separate room on arrival.

I was asked to make payment and sign paperwork before seeing a doctor, and later discovered that the surgeon I was originally told would perform my surgery had been changed without my knowledge. I was also charged more than the agreed price.

The surgery itself was successful, and I had a good surgeon, Dr. Eren. I would also like to praise Mohamed, my patient assistant, who was supportive and reassuring throughout.

However, after being discharged in under 24 hours, I was left alone during recovery, despite being told I would receive full support. A nurse visited daily but no observations were done, no communication, just check drains and leaves. I also had to pay extra for medication, which was not disclosed beforehand.

Services that were said to be included, such as post-op massage, never happened. I also had teeth whitening, but saw no visible results.

It was very clear that influencers receive far better treatment than regular paying patients. Invoices and receipts were promised but never provided, and payments were requested in cash.

Overall, poor organisation, lack of transparency, and unequal treatment of patients.They don’t really care about patients they only care about money. I would not recommend this clinic.

I’m thankful that mono clinic assisted…

I’m thankful that mono clinic assisted me from the day I did consultation online, they assisted with booking me flights, and till I got in Izmir. The whole clinic is helpful, including the hotel and mostly thanks to my doctor who does a great job and ensure that my health comes first.
