I felt like I needed to write this review because I was so shocked at the way Clinic Software handled my new enquiry, I am surprised they have any customers at all.

I was looking for a CRM software for my aesthetics business and found their website. I was impressed with some of the USP's so I scheduled in a meeting as I had a few questions I wanted to get answered. Surprisingly, there were appointments the same day so I scheduled one. I clicked on the link and waited on zoom for more than 15 mins and no one turned up to the meeting. I sent an email replying to the zoom link explaining that no one had turned up and they said someone would call me. 45 mins later I got a phone call and... I really was shocked. So I wasn't expecting a big apology or anything about no one turning up because, let's face it- these things happen, but the Italian man who called me was so rude it blew me away.
Firstly, he starts ranting at me that (not that he's sorry or anything) but that I have problems with my current CRM and this is a solution so it doesn't matter that no one turned up to the meeting- he's going to solve all my problems. Yup! Then when I tried to explain very calmly that I didn't have a crm I was a... he immediately cut me off and started talking at me you contacted us that you had a problem you need a solution we have that solution. Every single time I tried to talk he cut me off. Then I started to get a bit annoyed because I couldn't even explain to this guy that I was a new business I didn't have a CRM he literally kept talking over me. Then I tried asking him to stop talking for one second and to listen to me so that I could explain about my company and what our needs were and he CONTINUED to shout over me telling me that he needs to be able to explain about his crm and how it could help my business. It ended up being a shouting match because he literally would not stop talking and yelling at me and I kept asking him 'please can you stop talking so I can say something' and he just kept speaking over me about 'how I have problems and if i'm not even going to listen to him explain about the solutions Clinic Software has' and then he hung up on me!

I wonder if this guy (the Italian one) is a one man band- who is so passionate about his software and is trying to do everything because something wasn't right about the interaction I had.

If Clinic Software see this review my advice would be to hire someone to work customer service or sales who is calm and listens to the client because no one is going to work with a company who handles things in this way. If this Italian guy is a member of staff he really needs to be fired because I can assure you, you are losing customers because of this man. Please listen to my telephone call if you record incoming calls, the number he called me from was 020 33693369 at 11:20am on the 04/04/25.

Scammy company that will take over your book button on Google My Business Profiles (in our case as OOOT.com) but will go on step further and actually book people in without having an actual appointment! Imagine the disappoint and arguments from a business point of view. Blows my mind that: a)Google allowed this to happen and gave them access b)they don't care about the companies they're actually trying to sell to. Huge headache for the businesses affected. You need to contact Clinic Software and ask for immediate removal and cease & desist, do also check if they've booked any clients in although we're still trying to get that information. If you put this issue in a search engine you'll find some websites have provided a solution. You should also contact Google directly to report this company.

UNAUTHORISED CLAIM OF 'BOOK ONLINE' BUTTON
clinicsoftware.com and ooot.com is "an official Reserve with Google Partner" and has added a "BOOK ONLINE" button to our Google business page without our consent. They have no association with our business, nor did we ever have interest in any of their services. Our valued customers are now sharing their personal data with Clinic Software, for them to misuse that trust. Google is making it very difficult to remove the BOOK ONLINE button from the business listing and neither Clinic Software nor ooot.com is not available by email, by phone, by chat, by form. We are concerned that Clinic Software has malicious intentions with our customers' data, our salons, and others. We have filed a violation report with Google but are not hesitant to take immediate LEGAL ACTION against Clinic Software and their founder and CEO Alexandru Stefan.

Scam merchants who placed an unwanted book now button on our Google business profile and then refused to remove it despite filling in their form.

They claim to be google refer partners and are doing it under the guise of “ooot.com”

This company is a scam.

clinicsoftware.com is "an official Reserve with Google Partner" and has added a "BOOK ONLINE" button to my Google business page with zero consultation with me. We now have people using this function and making bookings that have no connection with our practice management software. People think they have an appointment and show up and we have no knowledge of their booking and cannot see them which looks terrible for us. To make matters worse, I cannot remove the BOOK ONLINE button from my own business listing. It appears to be total mismanagement.

They took over our google booking link without authorisation and we are now having a battle to have it removed. This should be illegal!

This company put their own booking link on my Google profile. I did not authorize this nor had I ever heard of this company. Google will not take it down, you have to contact this predatory company to ask them to remove it. Non of their contact numbers work. You have to message them on WhatsApp. They make you fill out a form to remove the link. Super shady business.

We went with the software after so many promises. However the software does not work and we have no access. We paid over £3000 so this has upset me so much. I just wish the owner would look into his heart and refund our money. Please don’t make the mistake as us as I’m so upset and had sleepless nights

A great experience
Compared to other software companies, they actually listen to your requests and implement them, most of my little quirks were swiftly fixed for free, they charge a rather small fee for extra pages, but I only found myself needing that for my own niche requirement.
The rejuvenation pictures are quite nice as well! It goes hand-in-hand with my iPad!
