A very chaotic unprofessional customer service

From December till March, It took me months of frustration, stuggle, time consuming to get my refund. What an awful experience!! They said 'we'll refund you in 3 to 5 days' That means '4 months' Dreadful service.
They simply dont read their mails properly, therefore I had to explain again and again that I am still expecting my refund for a product ordered and been charged twice.

Once processed on their end a refund will reflect back onto your account in 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.
I'm not surprised to read all the other bad reviews, and 73% of customers had issues with the customer service.
