Did not meet my expectations. Might keep for Halloween

I’m pretty disappointed in this. I don’t like the way it’s cut. It looks very choppy and square and the bangs really aren’t long enough. I also don’t like the color. It’s supposed to be silver gray but it looks more blonde gray. I had planned on dying it to match my blue hair but now I don’t know what to do. I hadn’t realized it was shipping from another country when I ordered it.

I’m absolutely in love with my purchase! The Remy hair I received is incredibly soft, silky, and natural-looking exactly what I’ve been dreaming of. It blends seamlessly with my own hair and gives such an elegant, realistic look. I truly feel beautiful wearing it!

The color ice blonde isn’t

The color ice blonde isn’t. It’s actually a 613 too gold. Even using your purple shampoo I don’t see it lighting it enough to match my ice blonde hair. I was so excited finally thinking I found the right color. When I got the one piece I was happy with the hair but knew I would have to tone it. Too gold But the bangs are darker and golder. Too bad cause they are good quality.

Great for minimal use would purchase again!

So the customer device and shipping were faultless! Great assistance :)

The hair is around 200g I have another set (another supplier) which is 220g and it’s thicker than the 240g from cliphair.

The colour is great however I find the highlights could be thinner and not as chunky as it looks awful when you have the hair down and see a big thick blonde bit :(

Used my curlers today with heat protector and curls don’t hold well - 30 mins and it’s straight again. The hair also after 180 degrees is feeling dry and brittle already.. :(

Overall .. they are good for your money - I would wear these extensions for a straight thicker pony tail (which I do use extensions for only) .. I will be purchasing a shorter length for sure. As I only wear extensions when I want to have a slick back thick pony or straight hair .. these are perfect!

Mixed Experience: Poor Quality, Great Customer Service -

I ordered the curly clip-in extensions and was impressed by how fast the shipping was — they arrived quickly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the quality didn’t meet my expectations. After just one wear, the hair became severely tangled and matted. I had ordered the bleached extensions with highlights (Chocolate Honey #4/27), so I’m not sure if the lightened color may have contributed to the issue. I haven’t tried their darker sets, so I can’t speak to whether those hold up better.

I reached out to customer service within a week of delivery but initially didn’t hear back. I later learned my message had been filtered into their spam folder. However, once they located it, the team responded promptly and professionally. They offered a full refund and handled the situation with care, which I really appreciated.

While I wish the product had held up better, I do want to give credit to their customer service team for taking the complaint seriously and offering a timely resolution. I’m currently waiting for the refund to reflect in my account and will update if anything changes.

Absolute worst experience of my life

Absolute worst experience of my life , first off they came in the wrong color , second they smelt like absolute hell I contacted them saying I’d like to return and want a refund , they refused the refund and said if I wanna send it back I have to pay for shipping when it never said anything in their policy that I’d have to pay for shipment I payed 225 for hair that I can’t use nor return , please DONT BUY FROM THEM DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE!!!! Horrible customer service

So disappointed.

Was terrible trying to get a tracking number. I finally got someone to respond who said they could not find my order and then canceled my 300 dollar plus purchase and refunded it. When I had signed up for two day delivery and this was a week later. I did not repurchase from your company.

Never got to wear them because my ex…

Never got to wear them because my ex stylist decided that when I said I wanted more hair meant thicker hair so she cut them so I never got to experience them in person. But from what I saw they were thick and smooth and the clips were very good quality.
