I too like many others wish I read the reviews before ordering. I've not received the product or a response to my inquiries about status. I believe I will take this directly to the BBB. There should be a place for no stars given. Or I can give one star for ease of ordering, however, ease of order makes little difference when you've haven't received product or communication.

I paid in full for a custom clipon to…

I paid in full for a custom clipon to match a specific frame of eyeglasses. I sent photos and model number of my frames. On the website it said it would take one to two weeks. After about a month I tried to contact them and was able to send an email. They responded saying they were running behind but they would ship and send me tracking information by the beginning of the next week. After waiting another week I sent them several emails demanding a status update for when the sunglass clipon would be available. No response. I'm now disputing the charge with my credit card. It's been at least 6 weeks. So save your money. All I got was one email.

I lost the first pair and was hoping…

I lost the first pair and was hoping this time would be a better experience. NO! After waiting a month for them to fulfill order I emailed-no response. I finally filed a "disputed charge" with my credit card company. It was only then that the 2 pair I ordered were delivered. The first pair broke after a few uses-again no response to their website email. 2nd pair also broke. This time I am leaving this review. If I could have No Star rating I would. Order 10/4/25 Received about 11/10/25. Broken by end of Nov.

Update from my post on 9/24/25. Interesting that just after I sent them a message via their website about taking legal action, they created a shipping label with USPS. No action since then. Just sitting there for the past 2 weeks.

Product does fit the glasses - very close but a little too small

I ordered a clip-on in July and received it in October. Three months is too long. The product does not quite fit the glasses: it is a little too small for the magnetic nose piece to close and the top part dips a little below the glass frame. In other words, it doesn't fit the glasses properly. BUT it is very close to fitting, so this is really a shame. I don't know if I can use it. Because of this I cannot recommend.

Never received clip ons.

I wish I had read reviews before I purchased clip ons from this company. Purchase the middle of July, today is 10 August and I still don’t have them. Shame on a company for doing business like this. I will be calling my credit card company first thing in the morning to let them know the charge needs to be reversed.

One good, one BAD experience

I ordered a pair of clip ons for my previous pair of glasses and they were great! They took about 2 months, but they were fabulous.

BUT, I ordered a new pair on 11/11/2024 and nearly 6 MONTHS LATER I have received nothing!!! They supposedly created a shipping label 7 weeks ago, but the post office hasn’t received it.

Just don’t do it. I had one good and one BAD experience and they obviously don’t care or this is a front for something else.

I never received the product ordered on…

I never received the product ordered on December 15, 2024. It is now March 24, 2025. Contacted company 3 times and was provided a USPS tracking number on February 6, 2025. To date, product has not been delivered to USPS. At this point it is obvious that this company has scammed me out of $39.00. Do not order from this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a custom fit clip-on on Sept. 6. Two weeks later the order had not been processed and I was told in an email that it would be ready "by the end of the week" (Sept. 22)

I received an email saying a shipping label has been prepared for your item at 4:22 am on September 24,

It is now Oct. 2, the post office still does not have the package and this company is not responding to my messages and emails.
